  If it isn't on a sticker on the computer itself, and he was never released since when shipped from the factory...   My guess is that you are trying to use the page of Download Windows 7 disk (ISO files) Images to get an ISO file - but usually fails for OEM systems even when authorized.  If you are unable to get it, you must use the Windows USB/DVD download tool to create a bootable media.
