How many machines can not I down load my product too?

You can install your software on two computers. (You can not run the software simultaneously on both computers, however.) If you want to install on an additional computer, you must disable one of previous installations. More information is in Activation, deactivation. Adobe products.

  • try and down load some new fonts and he repeats to me a virus deleted

I can't download anything to my laptop trying to down load some new fonts and he continues saying a virus removed, ive done a scan of my laptop and no lie

    Hi CLARABONNICK,

    ·         What is the full error message?

    ·         From which site you download fonts?

    ·         This happens with everything you try to download from the Internet?

It seems that the file you are trying to download can be containing the virus and because of that your antivirus is deleted.

You can try disabling and temporarily change security settings software settings and check if you can download the file.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    Restore point:

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

  • Can not uninstall program called tv.addons.ag, and I get an error-NSIS error message?

    Separated from this thread.

Can not uninstall program called tv.addons.ag, and I get an error-NSIS error message?

(Moved to install, upgrade, and activate)

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

The NSIS error message box (Null soft Scriptable Install System) basically means that the executable user or a Setup installer tries to run is damaged or incomplete.

NSIS error can occur for the following reasons:
    (1) software files downloaded from the Internet are not complete.
    (2) downloaded the software, the files have been changed since the original version.
    (3) your PC is infected with a virus.
    (4) physical media used to install the program is damaged.
    (5) materials required (for example, CD/DVD player) is defective.

I suggest the following tasks and check to see if it helps:

Note: Try to install your software, after the execution of each task.

    (1) clear the cache and cookies in your Web browser.

I suggest you follow the link on how to remove the cache of Internet Explorer below.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Internet-Explorer/delete-manage-cookies#IE=ie-11

    (2) if the name of the downloaded installer files composed of several words, rename it to have only one word. (Example: SoftwareNameInstaller.exe)

    (3) if it is available, download the file for installing software from another source approved.

    4) update your antivirus/security software.

    (5) disable your antivirus and any tool on your computer download accelerator, before to perform the download.

    (6) I suggest you try to download and run the Microsoft Security Scanner that allows to remove viruses, spyware and other malicious software. Check out the link below to download Microsoft safety scanner http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

I hope that the information above to fix the problem. Please let us know if you need additional assistance. We are happy to help you.

    Thank you.

  • I can not using F8 safe mode, so I can not get access to my admin account and therefore cannot uninstall my program

original title: administrator, f8 safe mode access

My computer problem begins with not being about to uninstall a program. I need administrator permissions. I am the administrator with a password. I'm not invited to give a. Nothng happens when I press a button with a shield on it. I received another message that tells me "unable to open the access control editor: the system cannot find the specified file. I found the instructions online to restart the computer (by pressing the F8 key) in safe mode. Once in safe mode I can essentially take possession of the C drive and reset admin ACCT. in SUMMARY, I can't have with using F8 safe mode (I tried once bagillion) so I can not get access to my admin account and therefore cannot uninstall my program. Can anyone help?

I don't know anything about "reset admin account" but here are two things that may help the case to start in safe mode.  First, enter the mode safe mode with f8 key is a matter of time.  On my computer (Dell) during the boot process, I'm going to get a screen send me options of start of f2 and f12, which is to enter the BIOS.  I can start hitting key f8 then but you will in safe mode unless I'm hit immediately after that the screen with f2 & f12 choices goes.  I just hit several times for a few moments at this time.

How to remove one or more obsolete folders of background location of display list (control panel - appearance & personalization - change wallpaper).

If it's a folder or an image created by you, you could have removed the way I told you.

If it was a file placed by Dell and you already deleted, you probably need to remove the entry in the list in the registry.

You can do a search with the registry.

Press the Windows logo key and the R key to open the runbox.

    Type: regedit click OK

Once the registry editor is open, click on edit in the menu.

Click Find and enter your text, and then click Find Next.

Pressing F3 key will search again until it reaches the end.

BACK UP THE REGISTRY BEFORE DELETING ANYTHING

To learn all about the registry click on help and Support on the Start Menu

Type register in the box, and then click the symbol search

  • I down loaded WIN 8 RT and I am not convinced how re-install my Windows 7?

I downloaded Win8RT and I want to know if there is a way to remove this O.S. and get my windows 7 as the OS no knows how I have does not perform a backup to disk when I got my PC.

As to my question on "HOW DELETE/ASK (RT 8 back to WINDOWS 7). The forum has been VERY useful for my query pertaing to this question! (TKS guys!) I did different things but as M.S. gave me the instructions/tools to do so. RT is an x 86 platform base and is running a 4.0 framework, I found that the ISO of WIN 7 x 86 down load was necessary and I also had to come in and change the setting for a 3.0 platform. It worked well for me because I haven't run on recommendations 7 disc set parameters. I found (after some searching) don't choose the 'install updates recommended' as I did after install and also ran "CUSTOM" Setup and went from there. The 8RT was 'OK', but after a time, I found it is not a stable OS because I wanted to learn "how" do and apply applications for the WINDOWS 8 Pro platform because I'm sure, is a more stable OS then the RT. I hope that this 'Info' is perhaps useful to those who are trying to re - install the WINDOWS 7 O.S. of the 8RT.  A lot of trials and mistakes were made, and I found it works well for me because I've tried the suggested install from the OLD Win but I found that there are some Win.old 2 and 3 on my Toshiba Lap Top.

Step 1: Burn 7 win x 86 on DVD disc on a low setting. (select homepage, Premium or ultimate edition)

Step 2: Turn off windows Desk Top apps, incert 7 disc and then click 'Auto Run' when the drop down menu appears at the top right.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in 'Inslall Set Up' as shown.
