  Sorry, my bad.  There are three things to do in this case then.  First, remove the battery on your phone to reboot the phone and reset the connection to the server.  Second, if who does nothing, please log into your BIS account and resend the service books.  Finally, if none of this helps, call service provider's BlackBerry number.  Chances are that update the service books should help if.

  Many apps / themes need a BB data plan to download (one you mentioned is an example, as is the error message indicating that a data plan is required to download). Some will be downloadable on your computer must be installed via Desktop Manager, others can be downloaded if Wi - Fi and installed through the BB itself.

  I don't remember seeing any application / theme where they mention if a data plan is required to download it, it can be a hit or Miss kind of thing for all apps / themes you want to download.

The idea is that is a connection from a pc to a blackberry and then pc controls the BlackBerry by sending control commands to it. This is possible by moving the mouse or the arrow keys to control the selection of icons for blackberry or pressing the alphanumeric keys on the keyboard to the pc control text appearing on the blackberry device (if say, a Notepad application has been opened)

  Do you know the guys from the API calls to reproduce the keypress or trackball movement?

When I synchronize with my BB Bold 9930 using BB desktop and set sync for contacts to be somehow "Computer to the device" and select "Replace all entries on yor device with the entries on yor computer" the synchronization operation does not remoce the 200 my BB contacts that have been removed from my outlook.

  I wonder if you first remove the list of contacts from the blackberry.  Please backup your data first using the Desktop Manager and install blackberry Protect if you did not before trying this.  the protect link is in my signature.
