How proposal follow a facehugger?

Hi guys and girls, everyone.

I had video footage of me shaking around as if I had a facehugger on me. I also have a facehugger model in maya. I heard movement tracker software and I'm happy to incorporate it, anyway I was wondering if anyone had quick tips or advice on getting the facehugger trained properly on my face. I thought first of all fix the facehugger to a model's head and then paint green to eventually eliminate AE. My main reason for thinking it's that (like a front shot), I got a side view shot of me attacked by the latter, so on the side I don't have the legs more far away showing...

I'm a total newbie to the after-effects, so any help would be appreciated

Thank you

Rory

This is not an easy task, especially for someone in its infancy. It is motion tracking, followed possibly 3D camera, showing the motion of the camera in Maya and occlusion of the mask that would be hidden by your face, composite parts then both together. This isn't something that can be covered in a single post. He would rather be a white paper of 10 pages. Basically, follow you the face, import the data followed in Maya, imitate the lighting in the shot in Maya and then overlay your mask made with your images.

First of all, you get very familiar with the basics of EI. Go through as much as you can. Next, you need to read and watch tutorials on motion tracking in AE and mocha. There are a lot of tutorials on the Imagineer site Mocha. You need to learn all about how followed Mocha integrates with AE, how to follow, how to hide or roto. You will also learn a lot about After Effects motion tracking to understand the process. Once you get a handle on which you can start making a basic composition. Watch tutorials like this on the face of replacement or this one the eyes replacement. Those who should help you get started.

Get to the point where you can do something like one of the two latest tutorials and then begin to search the Maya forums for how to insert a leader in your mask and return only the front (facing camera view), add the data of monitoring of EI or Mocha or one of a dozen other programs to track movement Maya, and you're ready to start working on your real project. I guess that 10 to 20 hours of research and experimentation, and you're ready start on your project. If a client came to me with this kind of project I would tell them that it would take about two days every 10 seconds of film to snatch a credible blow like the one I think you want to do. Effects such visuals are not and will never be a simple 1 click 1 plugin solution.

  • Picture editor; How to follow the touch

    Hello

    first of all, I chose to develop a BlackBerry 10 app for my Masters project and needed a little help. I hope you guys can help.

    Requirement:

    I shud be able to paint on a picture to select the area. so being able to blur the portion of the image. for example, the background and the blur out.

    can someone help me please how I can achieve this?

        screen_pixmap_t screen_pix;
        screen_buffer_t screen_buf;
        int size[2] = { 768, 1280 };

        int stride;
        /* Create the privileged context so that the display properties can be accessed. */
        screen_create_context(&screen_ctx, SCREEN_APPLICATION_CONTEXT);
        /* Create pixmap for the screen shot. */
        screen_create_pixmap(&screen_pix, screen_ctx);
        /* Set usage flag. */
        val = SCREEN_USAGE_READ | SCREEN_USAGE_NATIVE;
        screen_set_pixmap_property_iv(screen_pix, SCREEN_PROPERTY_USAGE, &val);
        /* Set format. */
        val = SCREEN_FORMAT_RGBA8888;
        screen_set_pixmap_property_iv(screen_pix, SCREEN_PROPERTY_FORMAT, &val);
        /* Set the pixmap buffer size. */
        screen_set_pixmap_property_iv(screen_pix, SCREEN_PROPERTY_BUFFER_SIZE, size);
        /* Create the pixmap buffer and get a handle to the buffer. */
        screen_create_pixmap_buffer(screen_pix);
        screen_get_pixmap_property_pv(screen_pix, SCREEN_PROPERTY_RENDER_BUFFERS,
                                                    (void **)&screen_buf);
        /* Get the pointer to the buffer. */
        screen_get_buffer_property_pv(screen_buf, SCREEN_PROPERTY_POINTER, (void**)&pointer);
        /* Get the stride. */
        screen_get_buffer_property_iv(screen_buf, SCREEN_PROPERTY_STRIDE, &stride);
            angleF = 0.0;
            bps_initialize();
            if (sensor_is_supported(SENSOR_TYPE_GRAVITY))
        {
            sensor_request_events(SENSOR_TYPE_GRAVITY);
        }
        int nbytes;
        Window *winId = Application::instance()->mainWindow();
        /* Take the display screen shot. */
        screen_read_window(winId->handle(), screen_buf, 0, NULL ,0);

    creates a buffer of your screen. You can get touch places of activities of the mobile finger (the number of pixels), add them to a list or whatever, then obtain a general rgb for the region value as follows:

    screen_get_buffer_property_pv(screen_buf, SCREEN_PROPERTY_POINTER, (void **) &ptr);

                    for (int i = 0; i < size[1]; i++, ptr += stride) {
                            for (int j = 0; j < size[0]; j++) {
                                // do your pixel reading here: r = ptr[j*4], g=ptr[j*4+1], b=ptr[j*4+2], alpha = ptr[j*4+3]
                                }
                            }
                    }

    Note that the code above is for an entire screen, so you will have to change accordingly. Once you have a general RGB value, divide by the total number of pixels that you went through to get a certain RGB (or choose another method that might be simpler). Restart the loop to repaitn pixels of same with the same color. BAM! you will have a uniform colour where you pressed.

    I know that a Jumbo youtuber using After Effects. In his videos, he adds an image overlay following very precisely some circles (example here: I ATE EVERYONE?) SOLO AGARIO GAMEPLAY (Agar.io) - YouTube )

  • Captivate 9 - how I followed viewers and see her continue button once all the boxes have been read?

    How can I track multiple viewers and show only the button continue when all viewers have been consulted?

    You need to create user variables to follow each with a default value such as zero who gets reassigned (by advanced Actions) to 1 when the Lightbox is seen (or maybe open to the view).  Then, you will need to have a way to triggger a conditional Action checks the values of all these variables in follow-up to determine if the continue button should show.

    Pretty standard stuff for Captivate.  But it is often beyond the capacity of users.

  • How to follow the camera with a quick movement (photographed close)

    the shot is close green screen and a fast movement and camera cut markers.

    any ideas how to solve this problem? I knew I may had to shoot again, but its impossible because the actors are not here anymore. If I have to fix it.

    No matter what plugin recommend or technique?

    This photo will not follow with any software that I know.

    There are a host of problems that should give you a valuable lesson. First of all, track automatically to set unique geometry that is big enough to get at least 100 pixels of detail of. This means at least 10 X 10 pixels. There is nothing in the background of your ball in any image, with the exception of a few markers that come close to bing big enough to ensure the monitoring of follow-up. As the follow up to the camera, you will need to establish at least 2 planes that are far enough to calculate changes in perspective and parallax. Your photo does contain yet one of the elements required to keep track of the camera.

    The only plans in your shooting are net in the background and the ned in the objective. Blur of movement and wrinkles in these two plans you provide nothing to track. You also zoom out of frame 7 frame 12. NEVER EVER ZOOM if you intend to replace a background or a camera do follow. Above all, do NOT autofocus. It is almost impossible for camera tracking software to calculate a zoom of the camera when the zoom blur. A glance quick pan and zoom is almost impossible to keep in the best of cases.

    It will also be impossible to fire a clean key because the net in the background is subject to a lot of black lines and white NET in the goal gets completely blurred out in a large part of the shooting.

    Just a bit of pre-production planning and some storyboards would have saved the day. You have created a situation where your only option is to roto your actor and the target frame, and then re-create the net and the background by hand. What should have been a half hour in post will turn into a few days, unless redraw you on it together to be something more stylized way. There is so much noise in the shooting of nets and the motion blur that RotoBrush will not follow anything other than a single image. You're going to have to cut your player by hand and rebuild the background and adjust the position, rotation and scale by hand one frame at a time. Do not count on making money on this one. There is not enough details around this one even to stabilize the shot to make it easier to roto. I tried.

    If it were my project, I would leave this one out or roto actor, throw in a bunch of lighting effects and completely forget reality to put this photo in a chart instead of a film.

  • Any ideas how to follow a mask on this road

    Basically, I would like to follow a pattern I have in JPEG format to the road, so it would not cover to the top of the road and nothing else. I tried to use 3D and then camera tracker by creating a solid track but with problems who did as he follows just the model on during seconds then goes crazy. Any ideas how to do this? See you soon

    This one will be difficult to track the tracker camera AE 3D camera. You have to eliminate the car on the track if you want to try the camera Tracker. A screenshot showing the points tracker will give me a better idea, but I suspect that you get points very little follow-up on the flat green.

    Syntheyes would probably follow this picture, but it would take a bit of work by hand.

    I think the best way to proceed is manually. Just add your replacement layer, add corners, define the corners, set the first keyframe and then go to the last frame of the shooting and adjust the corners, and then split the difference and adjust the mask still once, and then and then.

    Then, using Rotobrush or manual masking to remove separate the car from the backgrouind on another layer and make your composite.

  • How to follow the line with the vision of the webcam and move along in this

    Hello world

    I have a question that I can't really find a topic about it.

    Currently, I had made my rover robot wireless control using a 3-axis joystick and works perfectly.

    But I want to add some features to the vision on board the rover system.

    I'm doing the webcam to detect a black line on a white background, and then, he moves just independently along the the line black.

    The thing is that I only know abit about installation in a vision... So, if anyone here able to guide me on the way?

    I use filtering color or color matching or model of a match?

    How to make sure that the black line remains in the middle of the vision? (Eg. moving itself at the center of the line within his vision)

    How can I control the engines using the achievements of the vision of the foregoing?

    Hey,.

    Your questions:

    I use filtering color or color matching or model of a match?

    Pattern Matching or Color Pattern Matching would slow down.

    I would use a 1 d Simple edge detection that returns the coordinates and the edge angle.

    How to make sure that the black line remains in the middle of the vision? (Eg. moving itself at the center of the line within his vision)

    You must control your motors that for example the angle is 0 degrees or 90 degrees (depending on your coordinate system) all the time.

    How can I control the engines using the achievements of the vision of the foregoing?

    This robot manual should tell you how to control the motors.

    Hope this helps,

    Christian

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BBM PIN - how to follow a person

    Hi guys,.

    Can someone let me know is it possible to track a person by using the PIN code?

    Thank you

    No, it is absolutely NOT possible to follow another BlackBerry user knowing only their PIN device.

    At most, you must have installed a GPS tracking ON their device application, and they must then give you permission to follow by GPS, but not PIN code.

  • How do follow you steps contained and commitment to move prospects into your funnel? Query strings?

    We are working on making our culture, funnel and lead scoring capabilities to the next level with the launch of a new Web site and I'm looking for comments on how the other Eloquans are tracking content in their or websites, emails, etc..  In particular, those of you who use an external (non-Eloqua) DAM, Adobe CQ5, SFDC, YouTube files, Limelight or other active storage media.  I am confident in the brilliance and creativity of the community of Topliners to get at least 2-3 different options that work as there are a lot ways to skin the proverbial cat.

    Here are some things that we will deliberate or who already use to some extent:

    1 string parameters of query on each link for an asset

    2 sets of query string parameters?

    3. query string clusters?

    4 page marking (manual, automatic-rules?)

    5. any other ideas?

    What is your strategy of big picture to add assets, maintenance and training to keep this accurate and functional?

    Thanks in advance!

    1. we use Eloqua to store assets. WE find easier since we can then use just the traceable link, wherever we promote this content.

    2. Add the appropriate printing group. Sorry for the confusion

    I think that the stated scenario might work for you. At the end of the day, you do a lot of marking at the front (which is really not that hard - just a bunch of click).  As you add content, you simply label it and rating program is already set up to the partition and workflow on this tag. So the only thing you do is adding the new content to the appropriate marking group.
