How the world do you do that?

I am trying to the external text in the form of headlines and paragraphs. I want to create text boxes of the paragraphs that match exactly the number of lines, it will take the paragraph. I want to do so that when I place them in a vertical line I can space evenly.

If I just create a text a certain box size, text only ends up being 1 line and allows the text box I created for 3 lines and then the space between the paragraphs with less than 3 lines is much more. Is there a way to create a text box based on your text and not size?

Thank you

You can use the textfields autoSize property. for a multiline textfield, you will likely want to specify its _width, set its text property, activate its property autoSize (real or 'left') and you can then use the textfield _height to position the next textfield below him.

    Hey nongeekbetty,

The DVD is encoded for a different region. Most DVD readers only works with DVDs that are coded for the computer was purchased in the same region. So if you buy a DVD in one country and then try to play on one computer from another country this DVD could not play.

    Step 1:

Make sure that the DVD region is set to the appropriate region:

    a. Click Start.

    (b) in the search box, type Device Manager.

    c. right-click on the DVD drive.

    d. right-click on it and select Properties.

    e. make sure that the region will be resolved.

    For your information:

    Step 2:

Also temporarily disable User Account Control (UAC) and check it out.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/turn-user-account-control-on-or-off

Note: Activate it once you are done with the check.

I tend to use after correcting the highlights, shadows, brightness, clarity and contrast may be. In the latest versions of LR you can simply double-click on the word white and black all in now the SHIFT key. Which will automatically define the ends of the histogram. It works fine most of the time, but sometimes I need to go back a little off.

  • Laptop HP 17 p100: how the usb flash drive big that I have to create a system of 10 Windows Recovery?

How the big usb flash drive do I need to create a system of 10 Windows Recovery?

    Yes

    Hello;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

There is really no way accurately guess in advance, with one of the reasons being that the options are available when you do this.  An option creates a recovery drive minimum with what is needed to repair the operating system.  Another option creates an image that is able to completely restore the operating system and its partition.  Thus, the size can vary from 4 GB to the size of the partition to the OS.

Myself, I found as build-in recovery to be unreliable, especially those of Ms.  So instead, I use a third-party imaging/restoration solution known as Macrium Reflect.

What I recommend is the following:
    (1) download and install Macrium reflect (MR)
    (2) run M. and choose the option: "Create an image of the partition (s) required to backup and restore Windows" to write a full backup to an external drive or USB key
    (3) use the option to create a CD or a USB startup key

My experience is that SIR, when you use the option of Compression high, typically allows to compress the image file recorded at about 50% of the space USED in the OS partition.  This means that if you have a 40GB and 80GB OS partition is used, MR must only about 20 GB to store the image file.

I use all the time and it usually takes less than 10 minutes to make the backup of the image and at the same time or less do a restore.  In addition, MR has the ability to add a recovery Boot Menu entry.  This then allows you to boot into Windows re, and then you can use it to do a restore - when you cannot start Windows!

NOW, you have the means to restore a full system that works for the external hard drive or USB key in a few minutes.

    Good luck

  • How the * fact pick from Microsoft that they deal with the problems of software?

OK, so I just got a phone call from people "Microsoft" Software, saying that there is crazy with my computer problems. The person who I understand only thanks to a focus then directed me to look at the event viewer, so I could confirm a problem with the software, the person went to a lot of boring details about the problem, then directed me to go to https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Code.aspx which i then did and after reading very naively all and not have noticed something wrong I gave on my laptop to be remote controlled, which resulted in the person taking me to this site http://www.pcsoftwareservices.com/ then this http://paymentgatewaynias.com/pay.php as if the person was going to force me to pay for something, I can't afford right now. And the person on the phone several times to say 'If you don't do this your laptop will be blocked for life. The person asked me if I had a boyfriend who has the credit/debit card I could use to pay 'Insurance' and if I had not noticed what was going on on the person to remotely control my computer would have gone through all the videos of my webcam. Therefore I had to unplug my laptop and shut down my computer, because even if I tried to control my mouse "technicians" are the one who had the most control. So my question is how the * does the person get my number, know so much about my computer?

    Hey, Viktoria,.
I'm sorry to hear that you were almost scammed. But I'm glad that they didn't get away with your money. The one who called you, it's NOT a part of Microsoft at all.
(It's actually a big scam keep us track of, but just as the Prince of Nigeria offering you millions, for everyone that we're closing, two more replace it).
Defend your self with knowledge of this scam and how it works! Also I see that they did not have access to your system for a short period of time, I think it would be best to run all necessary safety programs, this thread has a lot of good advice. I personally use Microsoft Security Essentials and have yet to have whatever it is slipping by.
Also if you save your passwords in your system, I think it would be a good idea to change these, I don't want something else goes wrong, and again, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, but fear not, they are not Microsoft :)
Thank you for using Microsoft Answers! I'm moving your thread to the section Windows security now that we understand what really happened.
If you have any questions, we have a wonderful community here who would be happy to answer those for you.

  • How the hell do you send an email about this crazy thing

There is no send button. The entire page resembles the trash. All the tools known to facilitate this are a nightmare. Please note that this is a peer support forum. Almost everyone here is just a user like yourself and not an employee of Microsoft, offering their free time to help out.

  • How the hell do you export to MPEG-2DVD in Premiere Pro & or Media Encoder?

I'm having the same problem persisted in first Pro CS5.5. I can't export a sequence on as encode a MPEG-2dvd in Premiere Pro, nor as a 2dvd MPEG in the media. I even tried encode the file as an AVI file and then take the AVI file and convert it to a MPEG-2dvd in media encoding. No dice. The file with what I'm doing all this is a sequence of 26 minutes on the earlier chronology, so it's no pig space and data. It is originally a MPEG-1 file. I get the error both Adobe premiere and adobe media encoder can don't not reads the m2v.xmpses files. I already understand that they broke in separate files, with the m2v in there like the video, the audio file that represents the audio and the xmpses containing the metadata, but these files are not separated in my experience with this problem. the m2v.xmpses is a file, and it can not be separated. Ive been told that these files are separate streams which must be "multiplexed" together in a single workable file. How do you do that?

Thanks in advance to anyone who tries to solve these problems.

Please specify your workflow. If you work with NTSC, then your sequence should be 720 x 480 DV, to match what the DVD will be. From the first, use file > export > Media. Choose MPEG-2 DVD format and for the preset, choose NTSC high quality for example (for 4:3). Export.

    You get 3 files - clipname.m2v, clipname.wav and clipname.xmpses

In Encore, use the IMPORT AS TIMELINE and select only the m2v and wav files, but NOT the file xmpses. Still will know where to look for the xmpses and will pull in chapter markers, NOT to import this file or do something with it.

  • How the hell can you stop these calls?

We have been plagued by these calls for months, we can't make them stop. The caller display shows not available or international. At present, we receive calls from 3 or 4 per day. He has, in fact, worsened by telling them that we know that it is a scam, leaving the phone off the hook does not work or not speaking to tell them that it is a scam or not. any ideas please?

I just read an article about it today. If you are not yet on the "Do not call list" and you reside in the United States, know about it.

If they are the Robo calls. Simply do not answer when you pick up will get them to stop. If I don't recognize the number, I pick up. If you do not pick up and they choose a number option (as support on 'on' to delete your number), off the phone. If you answer that they know that it is a viable number and they'll keep the appellant.

On live calls, I used a whistle and even shouted. Some times it works. Most of the time it isn't. Get info and call to gripe to the Governor if you are on the list. They get a fine for each infringement.

  • Errors in the world when you try to reinstall Windows XP on a new hard drive.

    Original title: errors everywhere!

    Hi all:

I recently bought a new hard drive (seagate momentus xt) for my older PC toshiba M70 laptop. I tried to re - install Win XP on the recovery disk (which came with the laptop) but I got a black screen with cursor. I repeated the collection, same thing. To check that all was well with the disc, I scanned and then installed ubuntu 9.04 it work perfect! What is interesting is that in the prior installation, he showed that win xp has been installed on the disk. Then I tried to re - install win xp - then I got this error Grub 17... I went back with the facilities and now I'm at a point where I get a message "error: unknown filesystem grub rescue >" (after the installation of ubuntu 11.04, then windows again). I don't know what to do. What I want is my xp back, I can't get ubuntu. Help, please.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi ARolle,

    ·         It is reinstall drive?

Method 1: Load default BIOS (Basic Input\Output System) settings, and then restart the computer. Make sure that you have the CD drive set as first boot device. Check the settings by consulting the manual or call the manufacturer to do so.

Note: Be careful when you change the BIOS settings. The BIOS interface is designed for advanced users, and it is possible to change a setting that can prevent your computer from starting properly.

Method 2: Try to boot from the CD and see if you can start the installation.

Contact Toshiba to get more information on the type of disc you use to reinstall Windows.

JavaFX 2.0 is available under the same license and business model as Java SE. In particular, developers can distribute the libraries to run JavaFX 2.0 with their applications if they wish to do. »

    It's BS.

Oracle has it and is always intended to be able to let third-party developers to distribute the JavaFX Runtime with their applications. The reason why the license does not allow that today ' today is that we include a third party technology, and unfortunately, our efforts to work around this problem took longer than we expected. This third party technology is listed in the JavaFX 2.0 THIRDPARTYREADME to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/terms/thirdpartyreadme/javafx-2-thirdpartyreadme-508092.html file

Please note that as this is only a temporary problem; We expect this issue to be decided in the coming months, and that's why you should be able to distribute the JavaFX Runtime with your application to when you release the market.

If you think about it, it is meaningless for us to confuse the community of developers to distribute JRE but not JavaFX Runtime. This type of deployment model is popular among developers who prefer to have more control over the terms of use for their users and are in fact a precondition to any 'closed' business or the environment.

We understand your frustration and want to share the fact that 1) we have a plan, 2) we are running it, and 3) we expect it to be resolved in one of the next versions of JavaFX 2.0 maintenance.
