  I don't really know.  I can't imagine that's the case, but 1-2 second buffer size seems completely there.  A few things to try solve the problems:

  You have to manually vmotion virtual machines to the original host - there is no way that I know how to automate this process. DRS even no it will not move automatically if all virtual machines receive the necessary resources.
