If you subscribe to the PDF package or ExportPDF since the Mobile Reader app, your subscription is managed by the Apple App Store. Please contact them to have your subscription canceled.

- Sign in to your account on Adobe.com.
- You see a list of your subscriptions and services as part of Plans & product. Click on the linkManage the Plan for the service or product you want to cancel.
- The next page shows you the details of the relevant subscription. Click Cancel the Plan.
- You will see a confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.

I purchased a monthly subscription which has never worked since the day that I have ordered. I need InDesign for a project and was not able to spend time with Adobe because it did not work. I think that I have spend 4-5 hours to try to make it work and it didn't work.
But now, they are paying me monthly subscription, but I've never used... If I want to cancel my monthly subscription. I tried but they say, they did not work again and so I need to contact Adobe. I clicked on contact us and their offices are closed again. Every day are closed, they should be open with the times. Moreover, their schedules are not friendly at all, I live in North America and their opening hours are in Europa...
I'm really tired of wasting so much time with Adobe. I really believe that this is the worst customer service I've ever seen. There is at least a place with them by a simple email or I don't know, as a normal easy way?

Hello
To install iOS apps on your iPad, go to the app in the App Store (instead of Safari). You can search for "Adobe Reader" in the App Store.
Can you explain what you're trying to do with preferences?
Safari is an Apple product. Safari for iOS has its own built-in PDF generator and doesn't require any 'plug-ins' to view the PDF.

Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader
By the low toolset select comment > Freehand
After doing the drawing freehand click on save at the top right
Then tap & hold on this drawing freehand in the PDF file and will get a contextual menu just above in the black bar.
The menu options are: delete, thickness, color, opacity
From there, you can change the color.
