  In case someone else in the same issue, here is the solution:

  1. Add Remove programs-> select Acrobat

  2. then click on the button next to the option to uninstall this Exchange. Dialog updated Acrobat will be launched.

  3 Select change in the Acrobat installation dialog box

  4. in the drop-down list select View Adobe PDF

  5. Select the language of your choice support

  6. install the language packs required

  When I did, I got the dialog box which allow me to change the language, the next time I started Acrobat XI.

  We cannot change the language once the software is installed, you can certainly change the language of the creative cloud desktop application. So, for now uninstall the product in Danish Exchange English language then reinstall from the app.

  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
