  The add-on toolbars may or may not be as customizable as the toolbars by default. Some add-on developers do a job of "quick & dirty" when they create an extension of the toolbar and do not provide the ability to move the elements of the individual toolbar of other toolbars to save space. While other developers may allow to move things to their toolbar, but their toolbar items are stuck in their own toolbar.

  Even easier in Acrobat 9 (have nothing installed earlier to check): file > combine > merge files into a single PDF file...

  You must have a full version of Acrobat, possibly Pro, player not only.

  But it's really slow. I think that indesign made many calculation after deleting a page (deadline: link textfields) so it would be more efficient to remove all pages at once.

  Now my question is how do?

  I tested and if I delete about 5500 empty pages with the script it takes about 8 minutes.

  If I select all in indesign, and then delete it takes about 10 seconds.

  Another way to speed up a litle is to erase all the content. It will take a long time but probably a bit faster.

  Thing is that I have

  but this removes the master page as well and I need to keep the master page.

  • Use documentPreferences.pagesPerDocument (faster)
  • use while loop or for
  • Close doc without saving changes, and then open again. (in some cases)

• Main Nav images are not all on the same line

  I have several issues going on with this page, but I'll break it down into several separate petitions... so don't worry about the other issues. I know it can be confusing.

  My main nav images must all be on one line. All my CSS reflects 900px. All the main nav buttons equal 900px. Yet, there seems to be space between them if there is no fill. Please see if you can find where I missed the boat on this one.

  I use the apex of oracle 10g 3.2
  I have a
  TableA (Service_registration_id as primary key, service_id) it contains all the services registered in the patient. There isn't any patient id.
  
  ViewA (Service_registration_id, patient_id_code)
  
  TableB (service_id as primary key)
  
  Now, there may be several services registered to each patient in TableA.
  
  What I want is I want to combine services for a given patient and display in a report.
  i.e.
  Service1 - Patient 1
  Service2 - Patient 1
  Service1 - Patient 2
  
  So I want to combine as "Service1, Service2" as 1st row, then 'Service1 '.
  
  I'm using a slider that gives me all the services for all patients using tableA and tableB, then now its concatenation of all services in a line, but then how can I get patient vice.
  As if services belong to the same patient can combine or well do not combine.

  I see that you want to combine the two discs, and I'll be happy to help you. There are two ways to do this. A method requires you to purchase software to partition and comb the volumes in this way. It would be a third-party software, so I can't really recommend a particular program.

  The second method uses Disk Management, which is part of your operating system. Search for disk management and you will see happen 'Create and format hard disk partitions. Which will open the disk management. Now this method will not work unless the partitions are side by side. So if you have a partition recovery or tools or another partition between C and G, it does not. If they are side by side you can right click on the volume of G and select delete the Volume, which removes the volume but not the partition. Right click again and Delete Partition. Then on the C volume, do a right click and select Extend Volume and follow the instructions.

  the entry "Car?" of the AdvancedPID is a table – as well as MS and pv entries.

  So what's the problem say - / allowing for a control (aka of entry) instead of all loop?

  Hi Josephhenry,
  the notebook is only for the most basic of .txt files. All the more complicated files will be displayed incorrectly, you will see only the forms. Try to open it in wordpad.

  Ctrl + alt + delete > bottom left on the Page, click, accessibility > uncheck, magnifying glass, keyboard
