How to constantly open Bookmarks Library?

It is possbile to have my bookmarks list as a separate window similar to opera or internet explore, you can attach it to the right or left of the screen, by clicking on the bookmarks that you want to open. I haven't found the "library" window, but every time I open a bookmark, that it will automatically switch to the window of firefox

  • You can enable or disable the power bookmarks bar by ' view > sidebar > bookmarks "or Ctrl + B (command + B on Mac)

    You can find the toolbar buttons to open the bookmarks (star) and history (clock) in the sidebar in the palette of the toolbar and drag it to a toolbar.

    In bookmarks (library) Manager is a tool bar with back and next button and three other buttons (organize, view, import, and backup).

    • The first button (gear) is organizing with base change the menu items for the bookmarks

    OK, so I found my backups. That's how I did it.

    1 make sure you can see hidden files/folders - in Explorer in Windows 8, click view, and then make sure that "hidden object" is checked

    2. go to:
    \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\c9i1rqwk.default\bookmarkbackups C:\Windows.old\Users\ < yourusername >

    3. I copied the newest .json file from here to my office

    4. open Firefox, then open the bookmarks library

    5. click on import and backup, and then restore, then "Choose file". Identify the .json your desktop file.

    That's what me sorted. If all goes well it can help you.
