I tried to make a 4 x 4 square (as I thought that an even number would help) for the background as well, but the points still line up.   It seems that all your points lining up except the one line that points to the arrow in your screenshot. Which makes me wonder if the bad points are an aberration of the screen. If you print the file, are aligned points?

  You can use a JPEG or GIF, PNG, image based on a simple gradient from top to bottom.

  Just make 1px wide and high enough to avoid gangs, then apply it under other subjects (I use floating boxes) and give it a height and a width of 100%.

  In this way an image tiny fast loading can stretch to fill the entire background.

  The canvas is just that - a canvas. You draw a rectangle on the canvas shape using the vector tools and use the gradient on the rectangle.

  The obvious way is to shoot with a large opening / objective focal length and set the depth of field by choosing a f/stop appropriate.

  Assuming that you already have an image where the background is in the DDL (that is, everything is at the point), what you want is possible, but it is not trivial to do, and it becomes MUCH easier in Photoshop CS5 and recent due to two new functions (improve the contour and Content Aware Fill).

  In General, you can do something like this:

  1. select just the topics you want to stay in short.

  2 make a new layer using the selection as a mask (allows to refine edge in the most recent Photoshop with this).

  3. fill the subjects in the lower layer with stuff that looks like the background.

  4. fuzzy goal to the lower layer.

  It sounds simple, but the devil is in the details.

  1.) create new

  2.) I click on + sign article library > > Scripts > > add a JS of URL file...

  URL that I add is: http://www.edgehero.com/edgehero.js/1.2/edgehero_1.2_min.js  (URL is taken from site: Edgehero.js )

  I add this link:http://www.edgehero.com/edgehero.js/1.2/edgehero_1.2_min.js to box that occures after i click on Add JS File from URL

  

  3.) I go to Edgehero.js and from there i scrol down to section named as Media - video Html5 / Html5 audio
  and here I select this option:

  I drag and drop a video from the side straight to rectangle window and the side left, I clicked on loop playback and it started working as it should.

  Never create a line pattern obliquely. It is not necessary.

  Create the model at 90 ° angle and then use object > transform > Rotate and check the option "Transform Patterns" and enter the angle you are after...

  Use css to solve this problem. Although there is no css property to rotate a background image, you can apply a trick to create the same effect.

  (1) save your file with a regular rectangular pattern (17.6 kb):

  

  (2) save this in your image folder in the root of your site.

The trick here is to create a sufficiently broad element that covers the entire area.
