How to create folders in windows8 version of hotmail

I recently bought windows8 having previously had XP. I use Hotmail and on this new version, I'm not an) empty my Inbox of spam at once, each entry must be deleted individually, b) create folders to store mail. (c) I have the 'photos' slab often does not open.  Can someone please advise.

You must select the first e-mail in reception or deleted or junk folder box, and then press control key then press letter key... .it will be check after each email in this folder. You go to the trash icon and tap it to remove... It will remove all the e-mail. I will try to download the old version of Hotmail for folders. Thank you.
