How to cut an image into a custom shape

I have a picture of the Australia Day celebrations and I also have an image that is a map of the Australia.

What I want to achieve is to cut the photo in the form of the Australia card and put a thin border in the form of 'card' around him.

I hope that I have just described clearly the scenario.

Can anyone offer advice on how to achieve this?

Thank you

Tony

Open the image of the map and the country at the border make a selection with a tool appropriate such as the magic wand or Quick Selection tool.

Open the image of the Australia Day and select all (Ctrl + A), then copy it to the Clipboard (Ctrl + C)

Back on the map image, go in Edit > paste in and the map inside the selection.

Use transform (Ctrl + T) to scale the image to fit the card.

If you want a more detailed answer, you can download the two images using the camera icon in the answer box.

How can I insert image into the image in adobe first pro cc 2015. I want to put a fixed image on a video sequence as a pip.

1 import the photo into your project (CTL-I or just drag & drop in the project Panel)

2 dag photo imported on your timeline in a track located above the video you already have.

    3. click the clip of the photo in the timeline panel and then click on the control panel of the effect of the Source Panel tab.

    4. here you can resize, move, and even rotate the picture of the "query" fixed effect.  You can use the sliders or click on the area next to the word "Query" and use your mouse to do everything from the program Panel.

Good luck and have fun.  BTW: once you get it you like, you can even animate the PIP to fly in or any other movement, you can think of with keyframes.

How to segment or to reduce an image into several parts of cunning edge detectors (which limits image) of the King... im using vision assistant this work... here, I download the image... give someone idea please comment...

    Hello

Have you tried using 'IMAQ find brods 3.vi' ("Stirrup" under LabVIEW or "Advanced straight edges" palette in the Vision Assistant)?

It should allow you to detect each vertical edge of the book.

Select a rectangular KING, in the middle of the image (above the book request numbers), then search for the vertical brods using 'the left toward the right direction. "

Please see screen capture from the Vision Assistant, attached.

  • How to cut this image?

Hey guys, I have an image that I need to cut (remove background) and the background is almost in the same color as the hair. So the question is how I cut

A great idea as always of Norman.  I was going to go in the same sense that Christoph starting by the RAW file, which would have had much more potential for a background of contrasting color, then use them in calculations.  This is something I have not started that recently aid after that see http://www.nathanjosephdodson.com/Nathaniel Dodson on Tutvid testify, so I still homing on best practices, but using green red the value Add and -40 was the best I've had.

You would still do better starting with the RAW file.  Treat twice and the brighter version just to make the selection of the layer.

  • How to add an image into multiple pages?

    Hello

First, you should know that before this announcement, I dug into Google but couldn't find a solution.

How to add an image in the footer of a PDF of size section, for example, 500pages? I won't add one by one in the same page, it is much too long.

Is it possible to add it in the footer or any other alternative section, while I find myself with the same image in an exact position in all 500 pages?

    Thanks for your response

    Best,

    Eric

In Acrobat 9, you can select "Document > add watermark ' or ' Document > Add Background" and select a file that has the image. You can adjust the location for your needs. It is available in other versions too, but I don't remember the exact menu items.

I'm trying to import an image into a psd file as a new layer, but I can't find the photoshop object method in visual studio 2010 object browser. Is it possible to make this work with vb.net codes?

    Any suggestion will be graduate!

You can, like me, simply leave the scriptlistener plugin installed all the time. Really there no performance impact unless the log file are very large. I just keep an eye on the log file, and then delete it when it starts to get too big. Also there that you don't want the two newspapers js and vbs output set just one you don't want to read-only. Photoshop will Ingore it and only writing to that desired.

If you do not want to uninstall the plug-in a quick way to do this is to rename it by placing a ' ~' at the beginning of the name.

The difficulty to learn how to do this process.

There is no such program called MS Vista e-mail.
You use Windows Mail? Open your e-mail program, look to the top right. You say In - Box, Windows Mail?
If you are, you need to not do something special. Simply insert the attachments as usual.
Tell your friends to scroll down on the body of the message, the pictures are there to be seen. They failed to open the attachments.

For your information, Windows Mail has no 'Photo email' options.
This option is available in Windows Live Mail. If you are interested, here is the link to download:

  • How to merge multiple images into a single document and place them on the bottom

I am trying to merge multiple images in a single document and arrange them on this document and save it.  Is it still possible?  There are five black and white drawings that I've resized at all have the same size.  Tutorials that I looked at, but it seems that everyone has another way to do this and all are very confusing.  Thanks for your help.

It is not surprising that "everyone has a different way to do this." In Photoshop that is common. Try this:

    1. open a new file large enough to accommodate five drawings.

    2. open each design, click on it in the layers panel and drag and drop it in the layers panel to the new file.

    3. Repeat until all are in the new file

    4. use the move tool to reposition. (They are on separate layers)

5 flatten the file if you wish (but save a version not flattened for future editing)

Do not use the LONG data type. It has been deprecated by years of Oracle. He only still exists for backward compatibility. It should not and must not be used for development.

LOB must be used. These are by far superior in terms of management, features and interface more LONG.
