  I think you need to update to the latest version adobe application manager and the help > updates

  You can download the installer for OS X directly from Oracle.   You can set a static IP address on the Xbox 360 by going to network settings and then manually enter an IP address.
   
  (1) type cmd in the start search field.

  9) click Protocol Internet Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then the properties button.

  Until you make changes, write down the settings you see on this page. If something is wrong you can always change the settings back to what they were! You should see a point in the obtain an IP address automatically box.
