  As is apparent from this Knowledge Base, LabVIEW 7.1 is supported by the latest DAQmx drivers, so upgrading is no problem. However, whether or not it will solve the problem, I don't know. Let me do some research more in why the card may not be appearing on a few reboots but works fine on others.

  Create a Refresh"" button. Redirect optional URL section, select the target as a page and enter the number of the current page (as 3). Also enter number of page 3 to clear memory cache.
  This will reload the same page.
