How to deploy JCA adapter with JDev on Remote Console of OSB

Hello world

I struggle to understand how to move my adapter JCA created using JDev (11 g) on the Remote Console of OSB Oracle.

I read something on the Internet, for example:

Call a procedure/function Oracle OSB | Oracle SOA blog

but I don't understand the part on:

"........

As you can see in JDeveloper, it created a file XSD, WSDL and jca. Then, you must copy these files to the project Oracle OSB.

If you are using the Console Web of OSB Oracle you must manually set the location of the schema. This is done by clicking on the button Edit references in the WSDL definition.

Now that you have all files in Oracle OSB. Click on 'Generate WSDL and service' button. And whola you have now created a business service that you can use to call the stored procedure"

All the suggestions/help will be appreciated.

Thank you!

  • How to deploy Variables shared with aliases (project Variable), when some machines are offline?

    Hi all

I have a distributed application (PC + some CompactRIOs). My PC contains the variables having the aliasing enabled - they are related to the variables on the cRIOs.

Of the cRIOs is currently offline. I am deploying some changes that I made on the side PC. Unfortunately, LabVIEW refuses to deploy libraries to my PC, because it cannot connect to the cRIO-related variables.

How can I bypass this check and force my PC to update? (I don't see why it is mandatory for the cRIO be online for this :-/))

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi JKSH

In order to deploy the variable, there must be communication with the binding variable, in this case that the cRIO is not connected nor presented here is not any communication and the deployment fails.

As a work-around of what we can do is go to the library of the target to the PC while the target RT is not present by doing this, the variable will be in the computer and you can deploy the library PC. Don't forget that we might need to save the project in order to save the movement of the RT to the computer file.

  • How to deploy BPM processes with the shape of the ADF?

    Hello world

I'm a newbie on the BPM (11g) and ADF. I created a BPM process and an ADF train in the same project.

I was wonder if I can deploy the makings of the ADF, and begin to test only the train before hook to the top of the form of the ADF with the UserActivity.

How can I do? How can you deploy? Better create a jar or ear?

    Any suggestions?

    Best regards.

    Fairlie

    Hi Fairlie,

Here is a brief one minute video that I just post on youtube you through one of the ways to deploy a project ADF - http://youtu.be/irt4_1IL0vosteps.  It's the deployment as an ear file.

If you are using 11g, you will not be able to deploy in your integrated WebLogic Server that works using JDeveloper.  You will not be able to right click on the page of an ADF jspx file or its taskflow and click Run, if there is an ADF application used in conjunction with a BPM project and its human tasks.

    Hope this helps,

  • How to deploy the CARS with Image gold

    Hi experts,

Now, we want to deploy CARS using image gold CARS.
First of all, 2 images have been created since a 10.2 RAC on AIX (1 image clusterware and 1 DB image).
Then we try to deploy CARS using the procedure "Oracle Clusterware/RAC provisioning for UNIX.
In the procedure that we select it step "Select Sources", "select Library of software."
But we cannot find the images we created before in the page "Select the component for Clusterware" or "select the component for CARS.
So who can tell me how we can create and get these images as sources to continue the deployment procedure.

    Thank you very much.

I found the images that I created can only be seen in the Image tab page. But they can be found in the components tab page.

Images under Provisioning tab is only used for the Images of the OS (RedHat, OEL etc.).

  • In SOA Suite JCA adapter

    Hello

It must connect to an external application to retrieve a few details. This application is a product and the product provider shared the JCA resource adapter that can be used to connect to the application.

Is it possible to use the JCA resource adapter in SOA Suite? Or does have be compatible with Oracle SOA Suite? In addition, there is no possibility to generate this adapter wsdl files.

    Need your advice on this.

    Thank you.

If I remember correctly, to use JCA adapter with stack SOA requires this adapter implements some Oracle API.
The adapter SDK is a lightweight tool kit that allows rapid implementation and deployment - http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/integration/adapters/pdf/DS_OracleASAdapter.pdf

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/B16981_04/current/Acrobat/cct115dg.PDF

Above all, you wrap your jca adapter to make it available in SOA suite/battery.

Another option is that this adapter provider gave you CCI interface or a custom interface that can be used to call the adapter settings.

  • How to deploy the JSF 1.2 and 2.0?

    Hello

Probably a very stupid question :-)

I have an installation running Weblogic 10.3.6 and ADF 11.1.2.3. The JSF 1.2 and 2.0 are deployed and active. They both have the name JSF.

I have the similar system where only JSF 1.2 is deployed. Developers want to use JSF 2.0 so I tried to deploy via the administration Console. I get an error because there is already an application with the name of JSF.

If I cancel the JSF 1.2 deployment I can deploy 2.0 with no problems.

This is perfect and everyone is happy, but how to deploy two libraries with the same name? There must be something I don't know.

    What about Peter

Use a different name for the shared libraries.

The name of the shared library can be configured in the Console of administration or the Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\config\config.xml.

  • Question on how to deploy Oracle Tuxedo JCA adapter

    Hi all:
I have question on how to deploy the JCA Tuxedo Oracle Weblogic 11g adapter (10.3.3).
I try to deploy a jar file. But the web application cannot find the JNDI name that defined in the JCA Tuxedo adapter.
Then I tried to deploy it as a web application. The console can be found this way JNDI name.

However, there was a FAILED Module Exception:

    weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.lang.NullPointerException
    at weblogic.connector.deploy.ConnectorModule.prepare(ConnectorModule.java:239)
    Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
    at weblogic.connector.external.impl.RAComplianceChecker.hasMatchingConnFactoryInterfaceInRA(RAComplianceChecker.java:668)

Could someone help me on this issue?

    Thanks for any information!

    ARO
    Dawn

    Dawn,

You must use the RAR file. (a file with the extension 'rar' and created using the jar) When you have downloaded Tuxedo of OTN JCA adapter you have is a RAR file.

After downloading the RAR file to your local workstation, you need to configure, reconditioning and then you can deploy them.

Use the following to set up procedure and reconditioning
1 create a sub-diretory called 'adapts' r in the directory where you downloaded the file com.oracle.tuxedo.TuxedoAdapter.rar
    2 cd of ' adapter
    3 unjar the RAR file
    adapter > jar xvf... /com. Oracle.Tuxedo.TuxedoAdapter.rar
    4. to set up
    1. the downloaded file com.oracle.tuxedo.TuxedoAdapter.rar UN - jar
    2. change the configuration
2.1 if you wish to use the connection configuration factory founded, then change the META-INF/weblogic - RA.Xml
2.2 If you want to use the domain configuration file, then change the META-INF/ra.xml and then change dmconfig.xml
NOTE 1: factory based configuration only supported in 11.1.1.2.1
NOTE 2: the JNDI name is in META-INF/weblogic - RA.xml and you can change to the JNDI name that you like
    5 renovation
    adapter >... jar cvf MyTuxedoAdapter.rar *.

Now you are ready to deploy JCA Tuxedo adapter
There are two ways to deploy it to WLS
1 use the console to configure it as an application
NOTE: This is the only way that support the main map. Main mapping configuration is necessary for the propagation of security identity of Tuxedo for access control. (you also need to have a copy in the file of Tuxedo TPUSR locally and configured in the configuration)
2 copy the RAR file into DOMAIN_HOME/autodeploy directory $

NOTE: you must replace the JATMI that come with WLS and use the one that come with adapter JCA Tuxedo.

You can also download the sample of RTO and run the example and check the information listed in the file readme.txt and build.xml ANT script and setenv.sh you can find all the information mentioned above.

  • Integration with SOA suite JCA adapter

    Hi all

Where can I find documentation or reference about the integration of the third-party adapter with SOA suite?

There is a third-party adapter to the SOA of JDeveloper project option. When I drag him in the composite.xml file, a window is asking for wsdl, jca files, etc. So I would like to know if there are any example or a tutorial on how to integrate a third party adapter with SOA suite. Thank you.

    Kind regards

    K.Hein

Third-party adapter allows you to integrate third-party adapters such as PeopleSoft, SAP and others in a composite SOA application. These third-party adapters produce artifacts (WSDL and JCA files files), which can configure a JCA adapter.

Custom adapter approach should be used in cases where you have developed your own adapter.

  • Question of XA with SAP JCA adapter

GR 10, 3 of OSB using
We have a collection of the messages from a queue JMX proxy using a connection factory active XA (the default weblogic XA connection factory). Proxy service calls a business service that is based on the SAP JCA WSDL and publishes an IDOC to the SAP System. A road to the node with quality of service defined as exactly once routing option is used to ensure a rollback in case of error on the transformation of SAP. (Also tried with a legend of service in the request pipeline to achieve the same result).

Here are the questions that we are experiencing
    1. If the SAP outbound connection on the adapter resources iwafjca is defined as the local Transaction
During the test of the console, the service works well. When the message is sent to the JMS queue, we get an error 'Transaction already exists. That sounds about right as SAP map will try to create a new transaction, which will be possible when running the console while the overall transaction is created by the JMS queue (when the Proxy receive a message from the queue active XA) SAP adapter will not be able to create a separate transaction that are not part of XA.

    2. If the SAP outbound connection on the adapter resources iwafjca is defined as the XA Transaction
Even the business service in a test directly from the console fails in this scenario. The error we get is "Not supported by the JCA adapter XA Transaction".

No idea how to map of JCA SAP call a part of the overall transaction so that messages failed can roll back to the JMS queue?

Sorry for the long description I thought it will facilitate :)

The interface provided by SAP (SAP JCO) does not support JTA transactions. There is therefore no way to map connection factory / can register in the global transaction.

    1. If the SAP outbound connection on the adapter resources iwafjca is defined as the local Transaction
During the test of the console, the service works well. When the message is sent to the JMS queue, we get an error 'Transaction already exists. Sounds correct as > SAP adapter will try to create a new transaction, which will be possible when running the console, while when the overall transaction is created by JMS queue > (when Proxy receive a message from the queue active XA) SAP adapter will not be able to create a separate transaction that are not part of XA.

This is what is called behavior and if I remember correct it is raised but closed as work as designed Bug (I still don't have a clear explanation why adapter starts a local transaction when underlying connection does not yet). Solution for this is to make QOS Best = Effort. This ensures that the local transaction required by adapter will not come into conflict with the overall transaction.

That's why if you wait adapter to participate in the global JTA, currently it is not supported.

    Thank you

  • How to use the adapter from the wall with my Mac Pro laptop?

How to use the adapter from the wall with my Mac Pro laptop?

The AC wall connector is not compatible with the outlet on the MBP?  As the MBP charger will work from 100v to 240v, a transformer is necessary.  You need a converter that connects to the power outlet home and is compatible with your MBP.  You can buy the Apple travel kit:

    http://www.Apple.com/shop/product/MD837AM/A/Apple-world-travel-adapter-Kit

Or you can use a single specific converter for the geographical area:

    http://www.Amazon.com/orei-grounded-universal-adapter-Singapore/DP/B004SCSV2U/re f = sr_1_4? ie = UTF8 & qid = 1460735377 & sr = 8-4 & keywords = us + in + uk + power + adapter

(it is a UK USA example)

Or you can get the converter that adapts the charger directly:

    http://www.Amazon.com/HIOTECH%C2%AE-extension-charger-connecting-specification/d p/B00MA48JZW/ref = sr_1_3? ie = UTF8 & qid = 1460735486 & sr = 8-3 & keywords = us + in + uk + power + ad aptor + apple + charger + cord

(again, this is for a UK plug.)

    Ciao.

  • How to deploy a BPM Application with ADF Model project in the application

    Hello

I have request of BPM. I created a model object ADF inside the same application to interact and to data-controls the View object in the auto-generated human task. However, when I deploy I do not know how to deploy the created model project.

Please suggest how can I deploy the model project. I use Jdeveloper to deploy the application directly.

    Thanks-Durga

    Hey Durga,

It is deployed with the project view controller that you have created the human task.  You don't have to deploy it separately.

Right click the mouse, your view controller project-> click-> Properties, click dependencies.  Note that the view controller has a dependency in the model project.

  • Deploying ADF applications with integration of EBS

    Hello

I read a few articles about deploying ADF applications and they found it useful. Most of them are not suitable for ADF 11g developed lettering. I developed a demo application using Jdev Studio ver 12.1.3.0.0 by installing the WebLogic Server. This application must now be deployed on another node on a remote and built-in Server with EBS. References user interface developed stored procedures using IDE connect to Oracle DB. The remote server has the SDK for Java installed and a DATA SOURCE has been defined by the administrator.

I tried to follow the steps explained in the URL that follows, but in vain. I could not find server Navigation Application. How-to: ADF Deployment Guide

Could someone please help me understand the modalities of deployment of this application developed on my laptop on a remote server? Your valuable contribution is appreciated.

    Thank you

    udys

You cannot deploy a 12 c apps in 10.3 WLS ADF, you WLS 12 c.

See the doc certification for the ADF:
