Integration with SOA suite JCA adapter

Hi all

Where can I find documentation or reference about the integration of the third-party adapter with SOA suite?

There is a third-party adapter to the SOA of JDeveloper project option. When I drag him in the composite.xml file, a window is asking for wsdl, jca files, etc. So I would like to know if there are any example or a tutorial on how to integrate a third party adapter with SOA suite. Thank you.

Kind regards

K.Hein

Third-party adapter allows you to integrate third-party adapters such as PeopleSoft, SAP and others in a composite SOA application. These third-party adapters produce artifacts (WSDL and JCA files files), which can configure a JCA adapter.

Custom adapter approach should be used in cases where you have developed your own adapter.

  • In SOA Suite JCA adapter

    Hello

    It must connect to an external application to retrieve a few details. This application is a product and the product provider shared the JCA resource adapter that can be used to connect to the application.

    Is it possible to use the JCA resource adapter in SOA Suite? Or does have be compatible with Oracle SOA Suite? In addition, there is no possibility to generate this adapter wsdl files.

    Need your advice on this.

    Thank you.

    If I remember correctly, to use JCA adapter with stack SOA requires this adapter implements some Oracle API.
    The adapter SDK is a lightweight tool kit that allows rapid implementation and deployment - http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/integration/adapters/pdf/DS_OracleASAdapter.pdf

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/B16981_04/current/Acrobat/cct115dg.PDF

    Above all, you wrap your jca adapter to make it available in SOA suite/battery.

    Another option is that this adapter provider gave you CCI interface or a custom interface that can be used to call the adapter settings.

  • B2B: Integration with SOA

    Hi gurus,

    I want to test the B2B with SOA integration. I use

    Protocol document: EDI_X12
    Type of document: 850 (purchase order)
    Version: 4010
    B2B version: 11.1.1.5.0
    WebLogic server: 10.3.5

    Description of the problem:
    ***********************
    I'm working on integration efforts. I created a composite SOA, a file adapter is set to mark EDI native xml of the location of the local file and a shipment of B2B, that the adapter is configured for data sending native xml EDI on the console of B2B. And I used the Ombudsman as a component. Now in the console of B2B, I set up an agreement that will translate the IDE native xml to native EDI data and send it to a FTP location (generic FTP channel is created). And another channel listen B2B is tuned and performs the operation of B2B inbound.

    This scenario works fine but the problem is the native EDI data, which are generated from B2B console is not in the right format.

    Data:
    ************************************

    * ISA ~ 00 ~ ~ 00 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~110926~1552~U~00401~100000011~0~P~\ *.
    GS ~ PO ~ ~ ~ 20110926 ~ 1552 ~ 1011 ~ X ~ 004010
    ST ~ 850 ~ 0001
    BEG ~ 00 ~ AB ~ P ~ ~ 20110913
    PO1 ~ HAS
    SE ~ 4 ~ 0001
    GE ~ 1 ~ 1011
    HAVE ~ 1 ~ 100000011

    some fields of the segments ISA and GS are not generated, my operation of B2B inbound is get frustrated, he always up error.
    Incoming B2B operation works very well when I'm trying to EDI_Native given in this place manually.

    My expected data are:
    ===========================
    ISA ~ 00 ~ i ~ 00 ~ security I ~ 01 ~ Exchange Sen ~ 01 ~ Exchange Rec ~ 110913 ~ 1725 ~ U ~ 00401 ~ 000000001 ~ 0 ~ P ~------.
    GS ~ PO ~ EDI ~ LOCAL ~ 20110913 ~ 1725 ~ 1 ~ T ~ 004010
    ST ~ 850 ~ 0001
    BEG ~ 00 ~ AB ~ P ~ ~ 20110913
    PO1 ~ HAS
    SE ~ 4 ~ 0001
    GE ~ 1 ~ 1
    HAVE ~ 1 ~ 000000001

    How do I get it?

    Any suggestions would be helpful for me...
    Thanks to the adv.
    Arry

    Hi Alain,

    I think that you have not added the identifiers of EDI (EDI Goup Id, ID exchange EDI, EDI Exchange code qualifier) in the past agreement. Make sure that you add all three in the two trading partner profiles during the creation of the agreement. Save, validate, deploy the agreements after addition of these agreements and then try a test.

    You can use 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' key on the keyboard to select several identifiers both. You must also add the same incoming agree.

  • Political mistake with SOA 11 g test conditions

    All,

    I applied various policies of the fault to our composite of 11g SOA. Within these policies, we have a few simple test conditions to test various defects. These are specifically around bindingFaults. Our excerpt from our strategy of error similar to the following example. This includes various pl/sql custom errors that are thrown from the data base.

    < faultName xmlns:bpelx = "http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension".
    name = "bpelx:bindingFault" >
    <!-ORA-04068: current state of the packages was ruled out->
    < condition >
    $fault.code / bpelx:code = "4068 < test >" < / test >
    < Ref action = "ora-connection-retry" / >
    < / condition >
    <! procedures - ORA-04063-Re-compiling PL/SQL and packs->
    < condition >
    $fault.code / bpelx:code = "4063 < test >" < / test >
    < Ref action = "ora-connection-retry" / >
    < / condition >
    <!-ORA-20001->
    < condition >
    $fault.code / bpelx:code = "20001 < test >" < / test >
    < Ref action = "ora - Cancel" / >
    < / condition >
    <!-ORA-20002->
    < condition >
    $fault.code / bpelx:code = "20002 < test >" < / test >
    < Ref action = "ora-retry" / >
    < / condition >
    <!-ORA-20003->
    < condition >
    $fault.code / bpelx:code = "20003 < test >" < / test >
    < Ref action = "ora-connection-retry" / >
    < / condition >
    < condition >
    < Ref action = 'ora-rethrow-fault' / >
    < / condition >

    The behavior we are seeing now is that even if we receive a fault of liaison with the respective codes, the test conditions are not processed. However the fault of default binding is executed. Politics of the fault is matching on the name of flaw bindingFault.

    Therefore, it seems that there is a problem with the test conditions. I read through various sources of documentation, and that sounds about right. It's the same test conditions of policies allows us to apply SOA 1og, which worked well.

    We are running with SOA Suite 11.1.1.3.0.

    I am unsure as to if there is a problem of logic, or if we run in an Oracle bug. Theres seems to be no reference to this on Metalink. Your comments would be appreciated.

    Dave

    You can use $fault.code instead of $fault.code / bpelx:code around and try again.

  • Install SOA Suite on the WLS integrated into JDeveloper

    Hello

    I wonder if it is possible to install SOA suite on the integrated WebLogic provided with JDeveloper?

    If it is not possible, what is the recommended method for commissioning for development? It is to install a real WebLogic & SOA Suite on each developer's machine?

    Hi Mark,

    No, it is not possible to install SOA on the WLS integrated into JDeveloper. There are a few technical problems preventing now, but we would like to get this to work in the future.

    So yes, you can install the full WLS + SOA on your own machine for development. After installing, go to WLS and disable everything that you do not reduce the footprint (for example, you need not also good soa and bpm composer composer, you don't need so much worklist and workspace).

  • Oracle SOA Suite of integration of health care against Oracle B2B

    What is the difference between integration of healthcare for SOA Suite vs Oracle B2B?

    When we were able to implement the Protocol HL7 in B2B himself, then why do we need health care? What are the benefits of the integration of health care?

    For a company that needs a time HL7 and EDI implementation, Oracle B2B should solve? Can achieve us EDI transactions in health care? If so how do we do that? Please advise...

    Thank you-

    Oracle B2B is used for internet based B2B (including HL7) communication while Oracle SOA Suite for integration of health care is to santee intranet communication. You can say that Oracle SOA Suite (middleware) has been extended to support Messaging native HL7 within a company through the integration of health care.

  • Question of XA with SAP JCA adapter

    GR 10, 3 of OSB using
    We have a collection of the messages from a queue JMX proxy using a connection factory active XA (the default weblogic XA connection factory). Proxy service calls a business service that is based on the SAP JCA WSDL and publishes an IDOC to the SAP System. A road to the node with quality of service defined as exactly once routing option is used to ensure a rollback in case of error on the transformation of SAP. (Also tried with a legend of service in the request pipeline to achieve the same result).

    Here are the questions that we are experiencing
    1. If the SAP outbound connection on the adapter resources iwafjca is defined as the local Transaction
    During the test of the console, the service works well. When the message is sent to the JMS queue, we get an error 'Transaction already exists. That sounds about right as SAP map will try to create a new transaction, which will be possible when running the console while the overall transaction is created by the JMS queue (when the Proxy receive a message from the queue active XA) SAP adapter will not be able to create a separate transaction that are not part of XA.

    2. If the SAP outbound connection on the adapter resources iwafjca is defined as the XA Transaction
    Even the business service in a test directly from the console fails in this scenario. The error we get is "Not supported by the JCA adapter XA Transaction".

    No idea how to map of JCA SAP call a part of the overall transaction so that messages failed can roll back to the JMS queue?

    Sorry for the long description I thought it will facilitate :)

    The interface provided by SAP (SAP JCO) does not support JTA transactions. There is therefore no way to map connection factory / can register in the global transaction.

    1. If the SAP outbound connection on the adapter resources iwafjca is defined as the local Transaction
    During the test of the console, the service works well. When the message is sent to the JMS queue, we get an error 'Transaction already exists. Sounds correct as > SAP adapter will try to create a new transaction, which will be possible when running the console, while when the overall transaction is created by JMS queue > (when Proxy receive a message from the queue active XA) SAP adapter will not be able to create a separate transaction that are not part of XA.

    This is what is called behavior and if I remember correct it is raised but closed as work as designed Bug (I still don't have a clear explanation why adapter starts a local transaction when underlying connection does not yet). Solution for this is to make QOS Best = Effort.This ensures that the local transaction required by adapter will not come into conflict with the overall transaction.

    That's why if you wait adapter to participate in the global JTA, currently it is not supported.

    Thank you
    Maury

  • SOA Suite 11.1.1.3 with WLS_1033 - start problem - disappears away - no rating

    I just installed the latest version of SOA Suite 11.1.1.3 with WLS 1033 incl. RCU etc. on Windows XP SP2

    I start the server (shortcut Windows or from the Guest program) the administrator of the server starts and the cmd window closes after about 30 lines of commands (I can't exactly see, passing by too fast) and without giving more information... (;-(

    When I try to stop the admin server, he says, there is a lack of memory segment for the virtual machine (I use SUN JDK 1.60_18)

    While I adjusted the memory in the 'setSOADomainEnv.cmd' as 'set DEFAULT_MEM_ARGS =-Xms512m-Xmx512m' as in SOA Suite 11.1.1.2 as 1024 m is not going to help...

    Any help to get my server running wud be appreciated!
    TIA
    Bernhard

    In the command line window when trying to stop (when the server has not yet started) I just got:

    .
    USER_MEM_ARGS =-Xms512m-Xmx1024m - XX: PermSize = 512 m - XX: MaxPermSize = 512 m
    .

    After a fourth installed I get it now works with JRockit (!) - that leads me to believe, there is a problem of JDK...

    Published by: BernhardFW on July 22, 2010 10:04

    Bernard,
    I had the same problem, I corrected by cleaning my JDK on my machine. I had a few incomplete older JDK uninstalled on my machine, which has left some entries in the Windows registry. I could see them in the "Add or Remove Programs Control Panel, but could not uninstall them and got a Windows error message instead."

    The exact procedure for this problem is:
    -Uninstall all the JDK in the ' Add or Remove Programs Control Panel
    -remove all remaining files of JDK file system
    -remove all JDK entries in the Windows registry
    -do a new installation of JDK

    For me, this solves the problem

    Kindly help me in this regard

    Solution:

    Immediately work around the issue by removing the "ns1:" qualification on the farm for binding.jca entry in composite.xml and transfer.

    For example:

    From:

    operation = "ns1:BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL" / >

    TO:

    operation = "BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL" / >

    Kind regards

  • OSB and JCA adapter database

    Hi all

    Is there a way to create an adapter of JCA with OSB and weblogic server database without using JDeveloper and SOA Suite 11 g?
    We use the 10.3.1 OSB and Im trying to find a way to implement an outgoing connection to the database in order to write data with a JCA adapter.
    I read this in an old NET:

    A new version of the Oracle Service Bus (OSB 10.3.1) is now available, quick list of new features of OSB:

    * JCA Transport with certified JCA adapters
    * Support for generate config.jar of command-line or ant task.
    * Improvements to the native MQ Series Transport.
    * New API to support the SOA Management Pack for the BSO.

    But I can't find a way. any information would be great and even better a kind of example / tutorial

    Thnx

    Is there a way to create an adapter of JCA with OSB and weblogic server database without using JDeveloper and SOA Suite 11 g?

    SOA Suite 11 is not required to use the JCA in OSB 10.3.1 adapters. JDEV 10.3.1 with extensions of SOA is required, with which we cannot use in OSB 10.3.1 JCA adapters.

    We use the 10.3.1 OSB and Im trying to find a way to implement an outgoing connection to the database in order to write data with a JCA adapter.

    (1) open project Jdev (BEPEL/Ombudsman)
    (2) create links of partner for the DB adapter
    (3) in the JDEV project, there will be wsdl created for the partner link. This made WSDL refers to another wsdl and xsd.
    (4) import all the dependencies of the WSDL in OSB
    (5) create a BS/PS based on wsdl and download the corresponding toplink file above wsdl (accessible to the general public using jdev project).

    Let me know if the steps above are not clear

    Re: Integration of own in OSB JCA adapters

    Thank you

  • Question regarding: the correlation ID of reading in the Oracle SOA Suite BPEL process

    Hello

    How to read a Message of MQ, which has put in place with a BPEL correlation ID STRING and
    invoke the corresponding adapter JCA FTP put with this correlation ID in SOA Suite.
    Can someone let me know how to do this?

    Thank you
    KK

    You can use the below properties on the activity of reception of the MQ adapter and map it to a string variable.

    jca.mq.MQMD.CorrelId

    Inbound/outbound. The message to retrieve correlation identifier / to. Accepts a string encoded in hexadecimal.

    jca.mq.Inbound.MQMD.CorrelId

    Outgoing. Correlation identifier of the message recovered in the asynchronous req-response scenario. Accepts a hexadecimal encoded string
