I used to have the next toolbar at the top of the screen, but it has now disappeared and I do not know how to make it visible again.
The bookmarks toolbar is hidden by default. Into or back off:
Click the menu button and choose Customize.
Click on view / drop-down menu hide toolbars at the bottom of the screen and select Bookmarks toolbar.
Click on the green button customize output.

How can I get my 8 Favorites more used to display the bookmarks toolbar in version 29?
I was automatically upgraded to Version 29. I have always used the bookmarks bar to keep my 8 favorite most used a click. I can't figure out how to do more.
There are other changes that I don't like, and the add-on of the Restorer of classic theme was able to take care of the. But this one is a deal breaker for me. Fortunately, I found and downloaded the version 28 today. If I can't get this problem solved, I return to you for now.

Instructions to display the bookmarks toolbar do not work - the fix is not persistent.
I use Mac OX 10.8.5 & Firefox 34.0.5. Old Bookmarks Toolbar has disappeared. Following your instructions back, but only for the active tab. Whenever I go to one of my favorites URL toolbar disappears.
Your list of details of the system shows the show - hide Bookmarks ToolBar 1.1 extension, it is therefore likely that this extension is causing your problem.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.
- Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
- Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

Previously, the name of the link and the icon icon was visible in the bookmarks toolbar. I did something to cause the name disappear and cannot find a way to get it back.
The only visible, at least I have the cursor on the icon, the icon itself.Hmm, I can't imagine an integrated way to display only the icons. Is it possible that one of your modules has changed the display style? You have "Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar"?
You can view your extensions on the addons page and when they have an Options button, change their behavior. Or turn them off. I suggest starting your investigation with those:
Open the page modules using either:
- CTRL + SHIFT + a
- "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Something seems relevant to the bookmarks toolbar?

How can I remove the 'bookmarks' taking place in the bookmarks toolbar?
I love the bookmarks toolbar, and I filled it with really useful bookmarks. Of course, I have still a long list of bookmarks that are accessible from the bookmarks menu, but those I love are in the bookmarks toolbar.
Firefox 6a stolen space between the right side of the toolbar of bookmarks for a menu button drop-down. This button is completely, 100% redundant with the existing bookmarks menu. Maybe someone will like it, but I need to know how to remove the toolbar of bookmarks.
Customize won't do not, even by adding another bookmarks button in the Navigation toolbar will not make it go away. It ' took the space of three bookmarks I want. What is the setting I need to change to nuke this feature anti?
See:
You can remove the button from Menu bookmarks on the bookmarks with code toolbar in userChrome.css
You can use the ChromEdit Plus extension or elegant for easier access to the customization files.

How can I add a spacer to the bookmarks toolbar?
I'm running version 33.1 and 35.0a2 of Firefox and all I want to do is add some space on the left side of the bookmarks toolbar, but I can't find this option to customize more. Does anyone know how to do this in the new versions? I can't even find additional modules for it.
Thank you!

Separators and spaces have been removed in versions of Firefox 29. I know that the extension Classic theme restaurateur adds back to Firefox 29 +, but he does not remember having seen other add-ons with this feature.

How can I get Bookmarks Toolbar to go to the bottom of the list at the top?
Just reinstalled 27 after a crash of my PC. I imported my favorites from my HTML code, but cannot get the bookmarks toolbar to return at the top of the list of bookmarks, above Menu bookmarks.
Also, how can I get my bookmarks toolbar folder bookmarks will appear at the top of my screen again? Thank you!-Liz
Looks like you have two folders that are labeled Bookmarks Toolbar, what happens when you 'import' a bookmarks.html file. "Import" adds existing bookmarks located in Firefox; do a "restore" a json backup would have replaced all existing bookmarks by those that are in the backup backup json file.
You need to "reorganize" the bookmarks that are located in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder lower (bookmarks that you have any) and enter these bookmarks in the current folder to the Favorites bar, which is at the top of the list.
