  Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab

  Scroll down the list of settings until you see the 'Java' category

  Use your mouse to place a check in the box next to the only option under 'Java '. This setting option is 'Use JRE 1.5.0_05.'

  Click OK

  Restart the computer for the changes to take effect

  Tools > Internet Options > Security tab

  Click on the custom level button

  Scroll to script category

  Click the button enable Active Scripting

  Click Ok

  Click on apply, Ok

  Your router and all the computers must be able to IPv6 (hardware, firmware, and drivers)

When I refreshed the videos to buffer again, I was invited to allow flash (Shockwave Player) to run. I never changed this setting to ask to activate before and I did it for me without my consent.
