  Your MP3 player should have 2 settings - MSC that should allow the player to be used as a
  external drive and PSG that is the parameter to use to sync with WMP11. Remove the MP3
  and restart the computer. Change the MP3 in MTP mode - it power off and plug it in.

  What type of memory card that you use?  Are there measures with the memory card on the transfer of music files or on the Web site?  I tried to pull the top of your phone but do not have the specific model number.  I show that some phones using Bluetooth and USB memory cards.

  Are you able to insert the memory card and close Windows Media Player if it opens by default.  Then right-click on start and select "explore".   When the new tab opens, you will see a directory folder on the left side of the tab.  If you scroll down below your C drive you see the memory card?   You can drag a music file in your "Music" folder in the folder of the memory card?

  When you move digital media files on your computer, the file name and file path information remain unchanged in your library. Then when you select a file to play to its new location, a new entry is created in your library if you select the option automatically added to your library when played.   -Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
  -In this folder, rename the folder Media Player as Old Media Player . If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.
  -Launch WMP, your library will have been reset and will be rebuilt.
