How to find MSVCP71.dii

computer says can't start because ashDisp.exe found MSVCP71.dll

Hello

-When exactly you get the error message?

-Have there been recent changes in the computer before the show?

Method 1:  I suggest you to run the SFC (System File Checker) scan on the computer to repair system errors to the file on the computer. Scan running SFC will help in troubleshooting missing or corrupt file.
To run a SFC scan, follow these steps:
Open an elevated command prompt. To do this,

1. click on Start .

2. click on all programs .

3. click on Accessories , right-click on command prompt .

4. and then click on run as administrator.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow or continue.

At the command prompt, type sfc/scannow and press to enter.
Once the scan is complete, restart the computer so that the changes take effect.
