When defraging, there is quite some time the % is down to 2% and 8% and is now @ 5%. I find myself running my "Perfect Optimizer" program and the file scan and defragmentation programs constenly. My pages will freeze, slow down or jump where they are'nt suppose to go to the time of navagation. Please help me find my % when I do my defraging find optimall performance of my computer.

  "Out of virtual memory" has nothing to do with the amount of physical RAM you have installed.  These errors are caused by incompatible programs, too little free capacity available on the hard drive, correctly configured virtual memory (you set it so Windows automatically manages) or sometimes even by a severely fragmented hard disk partition.
