  Unfortunately, you can use audio only Sam in Windows XP, the default design. If you need any other voice other than SAM you can try the search in the Web site, using one of your favorite search engines.

  Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs do not work in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed.

  Thanks for the reply. I solved the problem by creating a new user 'test' and making the administrator account. Check both test I tried to play the game and options remained after that I quit the game of foung. So, I logged back in with my normal account and copied the Freecell from Microsoft Games folder in the user account 'test '. After that, Freecell worked well. The only thing I can understand is one of the files in the dirctory of freecell has been corrupted.
