• Drop-down menu InDesign CC 2015 file causes stall, the software does not

  Using CC 2015 and clicking on the drop-down file menu cause the rotation beach ball. Force Quit Mac OS Watch window InD does not. Then after about 45 seconds or more, which lightens and InD is up and running again, but it still has the same problem with the menu dropdown. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, installed Muse and Dreamweaver as some recommended. It still does not. InD wedge when I click on the drop-down file menu. All other pull-down menus work OK and this is the case if I have a file open InD. I'm on OS 10.10.5 on a Mac Pro 2013 with 64 GB of RAM.

If you can determine what application is involved and that you no longer want or need this app, you can uninstall it.  Praseetha K is close, but no cigar gets.  Virus Total is an online service that checks uploaded for viruses, files.  Virus Total also offers a "upload" allowing you to download suspicious files by right-clicking (see http://www.virustotal.com/advanced.html).  You can decide if you want. If this is not the case, simply uninstall it.

  3. If you are unable to determine what application is involved, or you want to keep the application but it does not offer a configuration without the context menu item, download ShellExView and you will probably be able to go to the bottom of things pretty quickly.

  I just upgraded to Illustrator 19.2.0, but I have this problem since the first installation CC 2015. When I select an item on the canvas and try to change the Blend Mode (i.e. Normal to multiply), the menu does not open. It "lights" to show that I clicked it, but it does not open. I tried to reinstall and removing all preferences and I cannot get this to work. Any ideas?

  I took over our previous software of 2 employees help system - neither of which anyone--trained and understand most of RoboHelp.  We had a drop down menu that will take users directly to the selected topic or section of the help file - however, we rebuilt the table of contents and index, and since then it became unusable.  I can't understand (using the Adobe Help file) how do I fix this.  Navigation sequences and bread crumbs is correct, but I can't figure out where them repair options in the menu dropdown.  I've included a picture to explain exactly what I'm talking about.

• Drop-down menu entry custom

  Hello

  I have a drop down list in my form that has uppercase values, I made in the drop-down menu "allow custom text input."

  The problem is when the user makes an entry custom in small letters, no suggestion appears in the drop-down list, as all values are in capital LETTERS.

  I want suggestions for some, even if the user enters in lowercase letters. How is it possible?

• From the drop down menu to mask scrolls by itself

  All of a sudden the mask drop-down menu scrolls by itself. I use the hotkey to select what I want. Not sure why this is happening. The way upward into the upper part of my toolbar did this with the mode in the layers panel. Help, please!

  OK they may not scroll on their own, but they should scroll if you use your arrow keys on the keyboard. A key would be stuck or something production arrow keyboard strokes.

  I can't get with XP and windows 7 with cursor selection to submenus. I click to select and submenu drop-down menu appears, but I can't move the mouse fast enough (well, sometimes I can but it's not easy) to get the menu and select an option. As soon as I move the mouse the submenu of the menu is gone! Where can I fix? It's only a problem being updated apps windows7 more concentrated. I find it quite unbearable.   There are two ways to get rid of the extra entry-

  (1) use the lists of characters as then the drop-down list is populated in the list only. (Lists are available for paying customers only).

  (2) make sure that all occurrences of this additional entry in your script are removed, then save and reopen your document. Entries which are not used in your script are deleted in the drop down menu.

  Please try it and let me know if it works for you. Send in the stdoc (file-> save to disk) of your document to DL-AdobeStory-supportadobecom so that I can have a look.

  I have a drop down menu that works well.
  
  The only change that I need to do is to have the right edge of the drop-down menu below to align with the right edge of the parent menu. When you hover over the menu, it currently "injects" down and to the right, with the left edges aligned.
  
  I want the menu to 'drop' down and to the left, so the straight edges are aligned.
  
  I tried fiddling with floats and absolute/relative positioning. I don't know what needs to be changed.

• I use a 43 in. TV as monitor and have trouble reading the text in the drop-down menu (file, editing, display etc.) boxes. Is it possible to increase the size?
