  You can try setting the default Administrator account and check if you can import the photos in the camera.

  1. click on the Start button

  2. on the Start Menu, click all programs Accessories followed

  3. in the menu accessories, right click on the option from the command line

  4. in the menu that appears, click on the option "Run as Administrator"

  5. If you have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, you will be asked permission before the opening of the command line. You simply press the button continue if you are the administrator or insert password etc.

  6. in the command prompt window, type the command net user administrator / Active: Yes and press ENTER.

  7. close the elevated command prompt.

  8. close the session (in the Start Menu) and you will see your new administrator integrated next to your current account.

  9. click the photo icon display built-in Administrator account and connect to it.

  10. then try to import the pictures and check what is happening.

  If you are able to resolve the problem, then try again to create a new user.

  [EDIT]  More information.  I don't think that this applies to the police of phosphorus, because I don't remember, but Adobe has changed its approach to policies after they introduce TypeKit.  TypeKit is a great resource of IMO, even if I don't know anyone like that, but I can't help but feel that Adobe are looking to him as a source of income.  The maximum number of synchronized fonts is much too limited, unless you get a very expensive subscription, but for worse, the fonts included with CS6 and before, have been removed from versions creative Cloud.  It's really annoying if you use these fonts in the old files.  If you have a permanent license for pre CC versions of Photoshop, you can install the coast CC and retrieve these fonts.   I think you could even then uninstall CS6 and keep these fonts.

  Okay, it looks like that your camera records the files in write protected files.
  1. There should be settings on your cam to stop recording pictures like "non-indexed.
  2. but right now, try this:

  Right click on image > click Properties > click on advanced > check / uncheck the ' Index
  This file / folder...' option (should be the second option)
  Click OK > click on apply.
  and you'll see it disappear / appear

  You can do this for all the photos (hold down the ctrl key while selecting to choose several files at once)
