How to install adobe Photoshop CS4 for Mac OSX 10.7.5 language English?

Hello

I am in Germany and that you need to change Photoshop to English.

The option is not available in the language preferences (attached screenshot)

I couldn't find an update for Mac OS x 10.4, but not 10.7?

Help, please!

Thanks in advance!

Languages are the specific serial number. You cannot change on the fly. If you have your serial number, you need to install it in English. anything beyond that is a hack as localization of the stripping app package files...
