  You can't move programs from Windows.OLD.  The programs need to be reinstalled.

  I don't think that flash allows such a feature. However, the man you want to look into ZINC which may offer such solutions.

  Installed software/programs can be moved easily using copy / paste.

  You can move the files to stand alone as images, documents, mp3, movies, etc. C to E, but if you move the folder of the program in the other place, the software would not start.
  So I recommend to increase the C partition.
  But before you'd change anything on the HARD drive, you must create the recovery disk.

  So, you can increase the partition C to E C space.
  For this, you need a tool of partitions, I use free software called GParted.

  Without knowing the programs you want to disable, I'll start by saying that I can't be responsible for adverse effect to the normal operation of your system.

  That said...

  • Click Start
  • Type msconfig and press enter
  • Click on the Startup tab

  You will see checkboxes for programs that run at startup.

  Or you can use a more comprehensive tool called autoruns...

  Maybe is a better way to explore the settings for the programs themselves, there is often a check box for "do not run at startup.
