  Thank you for your update on the issue.

  If I understand correctly, you are unable to open the shortcuts in internet Explorer on the desktop for a maximized window. Please, try the following steps and check if the problem persists.

  1. Right click on the shortcut on the desktop, and then click Properties.
  2. In the shortcut tab, change the option extended in the run section.
  3. Click OK.

  Check if the problem persists. Please post back your results for assistance.

  I've been familiar with the functionality of page width to 100% for some time and have used a little without any problem so far. I try to make this image of the banner I have 100% the width of the page (which doesn't seem to be an option), but when I do it still leaves little space on each side of the image when I preview the it.   It's actually pretty easy. You come to browse the site and click the icon of the site (next to the url). Just drag the icon of the site on your desktop and it will create a link for you.   Doesn't seem to be possible to combine the BLOB format masks declarative with standard column links (it looks like a bug). What you can do is to use the apex_util.get_blob_file_src API method to get the URL of the image in the report query:

My "browser wrong version" was caused by a former version being left in the "general.useragent.override" field number It would seem that this old version number would be removed after an upgrade, but the old version number is simply left there.
