  Until I upgraded to CC, I had an older version of Ps with the raw camera not updated version.   Doesn't seem to be possible to combine the BLOB format masks declarative with standard column links (it looks like a bug). What you can do is to use the apex_util.get_blob_file_src API method to get the URL of the image in the report query:

  You use the appropriate method to get the images in Word.

  If you are working with images that are 1280 x 720, which is 72 dpi? The width & height is only the size of the image, it is a 3rd number of the resolution of the image. Working with more resources, such as 150 dpi or 300 ppi is expected to produce a better result, but it seems that the word done more backstage of here, who can fight your best efforts.
