  According to Volkantulek, you can select the first select the menu widget and then click on the dropdown next to the "Effects" option in the toolbar and change the opacity value using the slider (0 is the value of full transparency).

  I already have a site with a spry menu upward. My customer wants to add a link to an e-mail account of chimpanzee for a campaign newsletter.  Chimp mail offers a script to do their campaign newsletter without an administrator log in. How can I associate this script with a submenu item?

  I don't know that a menu link is appropriate for this.  I think MailChimp gives you a script to integrate a form into your web pages.  The obvious place for it would be a sidebar, header or footer tag.

  I need to make it appear a main menu for this tower defense game that I do.  I have 2 parts of the menu that I need to set up.  I have as follows:

  I have a splash screen when the player presses the Start button.  I now need the user to the main menu itself.  I have the start menu and the main menu in the same document but on different layers.  I have a button labeled as start to which I put in place to where when clicked, it changes color, but I also need to show/hide the menu layer.  I just need that button to take users to the menu layer where I have 3 buttons more resume, News, and boot options.  I need these buttons to go to their various layers also.  After that users hit the new buttons or resume , I need the game itself to start I'm going to start doing after that I think the other issues.

  I'm new to Flash and I really want to learn how to make the tower defense games.  For now, I use http://www.ehow.com/how_7788131_make-tower-defense-game-flash.html as a guide to do the game stuff, but it says nothing about a main menu.  I use a trial version of Flash Pro CS6 and it is 28 days.

  I am running PS CS3 on snow leopard X and pshop has a transparent background, which means that I can see my office and all the other apps, icons and open windows; gadgets and tools of pshop are scattered, and visually, it's a mess.

  I really liked the Uni on the windows application background; is it possible to restore this type of background on my mac?

  This is normal on Macintosh.  Turn on the frame of the App if you like the way of Windows to hide all your other work.

  I hope someone can help me. I am trying to copy and paste or drag an object from Photoshop to Illustrator, but I need to have a transparent background.

  For example, I chose a flower of an image, I took and deleted so just the background, that the flower remained. I changed the background transparent. It seems transparent in photoshop, but when I copy the flower and paste into illustrator there is a white box around the flower.

  Or, I have brushes that for photoshop, I downloaded and want to use the brush as an object and use it in illustrator. I have a transparent background in photoshop and the brush stroke is on a transparent layer, but when I drag in illustrator the white background appears again.

  Save a transparent PSD file and plce in Illustrator. You can incorporate conversion layers in objects - then you reach the same copy and paste

  I'll show you my way:

  1. Enter the text and click on the layer mask icon. The layer mask should be all white and a small border. Which indicates the mask 'active' ist.

  The foreground color should be black and the background color white.

  

  2. choose the gradient tool. The degraded window. Choose the first gradient, "foreground to background" = black and white.

  Change the color from white to gray.

  

  3. check the layer mask > is active?

  Apply the gradient from right to left on your text.

  See the thin line in the screenshot.

  

  4. on your mask layer appears the gradient left starting with gray and straight ending in black.

  

  The advantage of this method is that you can change your text without changing the gradient.

  The black color on the layer mask hides the text, gray makes the text more or less visible, and white means completely visible.
