How to make my VM starts automatically?

Hi, I have a server windows 2008 R2 with several virtual machines on it. My question is how can I make the beginning of VMs automatically at startup of Windows 2008?
I put the option for the power of the virtual machine as a boot prompt, but it did not help.

I'm using VMware Workstation 8.

Please take a look at the feature 'share Virtual Machines' that enables the automatic start of VMs. (see, for example, http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2005585)
