  I would do it with javascript. Highlight the link text in Dw, type "javascript:;" in the link box, hit enter, open the behaviors panel, click the add behavior button (plus sign) and select 'Open window' in the menu. In the open browser window dialog box, you can set the height of anf of the window width.

  If this is a Vista laptop, Windows Photo Gallery appears in the Start - Programs Menu.

  Photo Gallery Windows has been abandoned with Windows 7.

  You can ask the manufacturer of the software with a signature digital signature that will pass the Windows logo test, but probably do you.   You can make the window smaller by dragging to change its position and then clicking on file/close.  then re - test.

  You can click on view/Zoom to allow the view/zoom out to see the full stage in the small window.
