How to solve a problem installation software re. the Windows logo test
I tried to install the sorftware for a new kodak printer and display a window pop up that tells me that the software did not test the windows logo and think I may need a device driver installed. Continue installation can compromise my operating system! I contacted kodak twice to try to resolve the problem, but they were not able to help. Any ideas?

I am installing a M-Audio Fast Track Pro. It is a USB Audio Interface that allows me to record music. In the included installation, it gave me instructions to update my driver, so it might work. I installed and ran. But when I clicked on the button run the message about Windows logo test appears. The minimum requirements for the installation of the M-Audio is Pentium III 500 MHz with 256 MB of RAM, Windows XP (SP2), Direct X 9.0 c and a USB port. I don't know if it's relevant to my question, but I'm also not how do I know if I have fulfilled these conditions. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Please and thank you for your time.
You can ask the manufacturer of the software with a signature digital signature that will pass the Windows logo test, but probably do you. This type of error message arises usually when the driver that you are trying to install has not passed the Windows logo test or is not approved by Microsoft.

Click Start, right click on computer
Click on properties
Scroll down to the Windows Activation
Click the link x days before activation.
Click on the link that says: "show me other ways to activate.
Enter the product key
Click next
Select the Activation of the phone
Click Next when you enter your key page
Select your country
Click Next, call the number listed
Be sure to explain your situation to the Appeals Officer.
Provide the installation generated when ID requested by the call agent
They give a confirmation ID in return, enter it
Click next to complete the activation.

Firefox remembers the story, but doesn't remember the closed tabs, sessions.
It happened after the Fox update to v. 19.0.2 on a single computer.In Options of Firefox is set to use Custom Settings For History, everything is checked except always use Private Browsing Mode. So I'm not in private browsing.
When I press to Undo Closed button nothing happens, & in the Manager session Save Session button is grayed. Sync is a separate issue. It works, but quite often it connects me sync account. Then I can connect only using the recovery key password and long (option choice I have no device with me because he does not accept the key to pairing device).

In case you use "clear history of Firefox closing:
- do not erase browsing history
- Tools > Options > privacy > Firefox will be: "Use the custom settings for history": [X] clear history of Firefox closing > settings
