How to manage the process excessive CPU on ESXi 4.0

We monitor our ESXi 4 with Nagios serververs, and they were released without a restart en 2-3 months, NW and we are starting to receive alerts that there are many processes that run and (300 +), and I have o medium to know which deal with "kill-9".

I was wondering if anyone knew a safe way to see what that all processes are, and which ones is sure to fill (since there is no 'top' command).

If you haven't done so already, take a look at the action of com.vmware.libarary.soap.processOutParameters. It is the action that generated the log you have placed in us. It generates an object Properties (key, value pairs) with the value for each setting that results.

In your case, assuming that 'outProps' is the result of the above, you can use:

var getRequestStatusResult = outProps.get ("GetRequestStatusResult");

And to analyze the code XML with E4X as Ilian said.

• How to automate the process of loading data using load file & Task Scheduler

Hello

I do the automated processes to load the data into Hyperion Planning application using the file data_Load.bat & Scheduler of tasks.

I created Data_Load.bat file, but the rest of the process, I cannot complete.

Could help you me, how to automate the process of loading data using the file Data_load.bat & task Scheduler or what are the rest of the file is require it to achieve.

Thank you

In response to your question using the maxl for loading scripts?

If Yes, I've seen and deliver in the batch (ex: load_data.bat) that is you do not have the path of the maxl script complete with a batch when passing through the event the task scheduler will work, but the log file and / or error will not be created. Which means lots claims it linked task scheduler, although he did not do what you need to.

If you use maxl use this as the batch

"essmsh C:\data\DataLoad.mxl" or you can also use the full path for the maxl or work elsewhere. The only reason why I think that the maxl can then not work is if you do not have the updated batch updated to call on all LANE changes maxl or if you need to update your environment variables to correct the command essmsh to work in a command prompt.

• How to manage the photos Lightroom when using 2 computers, keeping any changes made on one or the other?

Based on http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1308132?TSTART=0 I decided to add each question separately:

Hello, I am very interested in buying Lightroom 5.2. I tried the RC that was missing today. Yet, I have several questions that I can't find really good conclusive answers, I'd like to get an answer before buying LR. Please do not write maybe like this or that (assumptions), because I don't want to start my entire workflow and then realize that I have to change all around, please reply, if you know for sure that something works and you are, preferably, using this method too.

Is the big question, where I want to especially a conclusive answer: How to manage the photos Lightroom when using 2 computers, keeping all the changes made on one of them, using the same photos for editing. I'm not going to use DNG. Details: I mainly use my old MacBook Pro, but I wish I could use my PC as it is much better (card: i5 2500K, 16 GB of RAM, SSD, USB3, nVidia GTX 560 TI etc.). I have 2 external HD that I could use, one for backup and one for the actual Photos/changes. I you will probably need to use as my internal HDs are fairly complete and I cannot be the kind of things simply delete or move to one (developer, without loss of music, programs etc.).

On this basis, how do I save all such Photos folder (pictures and retouching and preferably presets too)?

According to me, that it should be possible to work cross-platform without having to create a link to the files each time, or without having to keep export/import of the catalog, keeping the single catalog and the picture library on an external drive that is then switched between systems as needed.

Obvious first requirement is an external drive that is formatted in a way (for example, FAT32) that it can be used on both platforms in read/write mode. Given that, if the catalogue AND folder parent si le catalogue ET le dossier parent images are both set to the same level in a global parent folder, then it should be possible to take advatage of ability of Lightroom to use relative paths instead of absolute paths to detect the images, no matter if the player is named (Mac) or lettering (PC). This is how "export as catalog of ' works, that is, it creates a 'package', alias a parent folder, containing the catalog and a replica of the folder hierarchy to exported along with the catalog images. Take this 'package' to another system (same OS or not) and "it works" even if the drive letter is different or the operating system is different... because the relative path of the image catalogue is always the same.

I have not tested this cross-platform (if I have between various PC systems with letters of different readers) so for me it's still just a theory, but there may be others who have done this successfully.

• Firefox, or the Profile Manager will start. In my task manager, the process uses 50% of my cpu but does nothing. I like browsing with firefox, how do I fix?

I tried to restart my computer, the I tried to uninstall and reinstall uninstall, delete all files of firefox and folders, then reboot and then reinstall. Also, I tried to open the Profile Manager to edit my profile. After you have reinstalled several times and try to open the Profile Manager before launching firef0x, I got the firefox crashed window and the process in the Task Manager always uses 50% of my cpu. The most recent strike and then re - download gives me an error "the file is corrupt" and will not even install the program.

Kill the process that you see, including any plugincontainer.exe, only once firefox has stopped running don't try to update.

Completely unexpected instances of firefox running can sometimes be the result of malware activity.

• I have a svchost.exe in the processes that CPU load in WinXP.How to control this?

Process / task manager has a svchost.exe thatreally slows down and sometimes crashes my computer. Windows XP Media Center Edition with

SP3. Is there any solution for this?

It is usually associated with the Services. One instance of "svchost" can support multiple services.
The first step is to download and run the "Process Explorer" from Microsoft
<>http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/Sysinternals/bb896653 >
This program is the the Task Manager on steroids (once you try it, you'll never go back to the Task Manager). Once you start, you should have no trouble to identify which instance of "svchost" consume all your CPU. When you do this, place your cursor on this "svchost" in the process column. A pop-up menu lists the services that are currently covered for this instance of svchost.

New commissioning Services (start-> Run-> "services.msc"). Find running services that correspond to the list that you obtained in the previous step. A double click on this service will give you a screen that will allow you to Pause or stop this service. Try to stop the appropriate services until you see your CPU down to normal. This will determine what service is the consumption of the CPU. How you handle this from here will depend on what you find.

(As a side bet, my money is on the "Windows Management Instrumentation" service.)

HTH & good luck,
JW

• How to manage the rotaion of parts of Vision Assistant 8.0

Hi, I'm new to Vision Assistant and my question concerns the rotation of a play about a test table. I found a tutorial to manage such situations for Vision Assistant 8.6. Here, he shows you how to rotate the region of interest and build a coordinate system based on the location and orientation of the reference model. The defined coordinate system option is not available in the category of Vision Assistant 8.0 image processing and I wanted to know how I could implement this in Vision Assistant 8.0?

Well it worked, but with corresponding geometry, for some reason any I can't work with any special criteria but I'll work on that.

Thanks Ajmal

If someone wants to know how it is here. In Vision Assistant 8.0, I did a calibration of the image first, then a game of geometry. In LabVIEW I extracted the angle of geometric correspondence, 360 and cable adds the value in IMAQ image inversion.

• Check the process of cpu on a Pix 525 Version 7.2 (2)

Hi all,

A few hours ago I got a high CPU usage on my Pix 525 Version 7.2 (2), I wanted to check what process was taking all the CPU, but I noticed that there is no command "show processes".

I was able to see the percentage of CPU utilization (cpu, CPU utilization show show) but not the list of processes, does anyone know how can I check this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Alfonso,.

There should be a command "show processes" in 7.2 (2). Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to use this command.

There's even a command 'show proc cpu-hog' who will show you the last three albums CPU hogging deals, and when they were last hogging CPU:

• How to manage the way expired?

Hello

I want to manage expired situation if humanTask has expired. I followed this link content. Work with expiry man task Oracle Soa Suite 11 g | Victor Jabur & amp; #039; s Blog

But I could not succeed. After expried, the result gets no value expected as EXPIRED. Here is the scrnsht: http://tinypic.com/r/2rddide/8

Could you please guide us?

I'm a little unclear on what it is you are trying to do and why you would use just a frontier Timer event on the Interactive activity that has its box "Event interrupting" checked to flow of activity when a deadline expires.

I was also confused because I have the link in your original post describes how to have a human task expire and are undergoing a BPEL process, but you have a BPM process. That do not take the wrong way (because it is not a bad idea to use the period of the human task so you can see the date limit in the column 'Expires' in the workspace in the task list), but when an instance of human task expires in a process the instance (since PS4 11.1.1.5) BPM just leaves the Interactive activity.

Did you try to grasp the human task is to State expired when the instance let the Interactive activity, so it may take a certain path in the process? If this is the case, my guess is that you might be looking at string variable for the 'result' of the task of the man and expecting it to be filled with "EXPIRED". This is not the case. The human task result string variable is filled with the text associated with the button in the user interface that was selected. If a button is not selected (as is the case when it expires), the output variable is simply not met.

In your screenshot show you the State of the of the human task is EXPIRED in Enterprise Manager. Again, I could be misunderstanding you, but if you want to detect when it's filled, you can use the exit enumeration attribute of the task human execData.state and assign a process variable in your output data associations.

Hope this helps,

Dan Atwood

• How to implement the process of climbing BPM 11 g?

Hi Experts,

Can any help with process step by step how to implement climbing for 3 levels...

For example, User1 doesn't complete the task at some time say 1 day then this task must be wound to its Director Say User2 and if is not finish it even then it must be the second Director of level for 1 day as well for the third level manager.

Note:
Where as one when user 1 task is up to the manager (User2) then user 1 tasks should be sent to the User2, even if its value from table.

Please please experts throw some idea on this with an example...

Kind regards
Pavan

Hi Pavan,

There are couple ways to do this. This is the very detailed description of what you would do if you want to set your climbing inside the process using the timer to limit events.

1. Add three interactive activities and put them in three roles representing the roles for your users 1, 2 and 3.
2. Add a "Timer intercept the event" on the edge of your Interactive activity for your user 1. Associate the new timer event with Interactive activity for your user 2. This will create a new event of border and climbing you want for the user 1.
3. the name of the new event to limit 'Question degenerate'-> in the "Application" tab, define the new event of the timer limit as an event interrupting-> specify the range to be "1 d" (one day).
4. in the same way, add another event of the timer limit interruption between your interactive for user 2 and 3 activities.

I could have missed something, but it looks like your table is just a process data object variable that will be made as part of the payload with the work item instance when he travels through the process.

For human tasks for user 2 and user 3, you must assign the task to the Manager of the previous participant.

Hope this helps,
Dan

• How to manage the pause embedded inside the CSV column line

Hello

I'm under pressure to make it work. I've already put this question on the forum of the APEX, but on reflection, I think that it relates more to PL/SQL rather than APEX APEX 4.1 having already utility to manage the Upload of CSV.
If you already read in the forum of the APEX, please ignore.
I'm sorry for that. Thanks for reading.

I need to develop an application that allows the user to upload a CSV file to a table of interface.

If a column in a CSV file cotain a break line (or line spacing) for example (the tester copy and paste this text which has a line break on a column in a spreadsheet)

It is the first sentence.
It is the second sentence.

It will break the 'it's the second sentence In a new column.

The contents of the CSV read next to Notepad as below
Date of assessment, Date, assessment provider, name of the assessor, Court, first name, middle name, last name, PRN person record, NHI number, assisted defendant Y/N number, is dependent on O/N, Notes, primary of ethnicity, "the ethnic origin other, please specify", gender, currently in treatment O/N, another Substance, Substance of concern 5 specified
22/09/2012, Co name of the provider, Warren Edgley, Wellington, sale, 2545554, dgsdf,, 'is the first sentence.

In my applications, I save these lines in a table rather than a collection of APEX because the number of columns can contain greater than 50.
I want to know how can replace these newline within a column to a space.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Thank you very much in advance.
