How to omit entering the configuration page before that windows vista starts up?

Hello:

I have Windows Vista in my Inspiron 1420 and when I turned on my computer and appears the Dell logo, it shows at the top of the page: ¨preparing to enter the setup¨ and the configuration page appears in blue with all the features to install.  I need to press the ESC key, then exit to continue to connect to Windows Vista.  I hate that every time I turn on my Inspiron 1420 this page of configuration and connect inmeiatly. Help, please.  Thank YOY.

Hello

If you have Windows Vista DVD, you can try to start the Windows Recovery mode startup repair and check if it helps.

If this isn't the case, you can try to contact Dell technical support for further assistance.
