How to open a new browser resized...?

Please, I want to make a link that opens a "pop up" window of resixed... I can do this by using the option of behavior... but the problem is that when I do, the cursor does not change the shape of "arrow to the shape of the hand" so that no one knows that there is a link...! How can I solve this? Thanks in advance... and good year!

You can use javascript as in the attached code.
This would open a pop-up of the defined size.
Pack the viewer has javascript disabled, it will open the new page in a new window

I just upgraded to FF 3 FF9 and in the process lost my 'New tab' button, and there isn't one in the view > customization window. So, how manually open a new tab in FF9?

To open the window to customize the toolbar, do one of the following:

    • Firefox button > Options > toolbars
    • Press ALT or F10 to temporarily show the Menu bar and choose from there (view > toolbars > customize)
    • Hold DOWN the ALT key while pressing the VTC keyboard letters

Regarding the new button tab, you see the end a '+' after the last tab or the right of the tab bar? This is the icon of the new tab.

  • Cannot open a new browser window

I have a few users who have problems connecting to Discoverer on new PCs. They use the Internet Explorerer 8. They are able to get to the login, but when screen connect achieving (or go) they get an error: "cannot open a new browser window. Make sure that you don't have a pop - up disabled for this site".

Of course the first thing I had to do was disable popups blocker all together. But they still have the error (even when they restart their PC). Other than that, is there something that I miss in how they must configure IE8? I'm personally used to use IE6 at work and do not know much about the setting of configuration for IE8.

    Thank you!

Check if you have a toolbar (like Yahoo, Google toolbar)
These toolbars have their own Blocker for pop-up windows.
You must disable the pop-up blocker also with the blocker IE.

    Thank you
    Fati

  • How to open a new tab after the current browsing session.

I used to use the new King of the tab, and when I opened a new tab, it would still open the new tab the very right of my session, the gap and not somewhere randomly in the middle. However, I wanted my restored windows to open where I had closed my session. I've since changed to use the new tab more instead and it worked the same way before, but since I've updated for firefox 26, he seems to have reset this option (and others), it opens in the middle of the session now instead of the end.

I don't know what you mean by the middle of the session.

Do you mean in the middle of the bar tabs in the current window? There is a setting to make it open a link in a new tab adjacent to the page where you clicked on the link, or always at the end of the tab bar. If this is what you mean, here's how you can activate:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste the tabs and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click the preference browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent from true to false.

But I'm not sure that's what you hear... also, extensions can replace Firefox built-in behaviors with their own settings tab.

  • How to open google news

I just installed FIrefox on my Android phone and have a problem at the opening of any subsite of google. For example, if I try to open google news shows a list of google android applications. These applications are already installed.

How can I open google news in Firefox?

    Hello

Fair point, but this is more due to the way Google intends to display their services. They have a preference for web sites to display through their own applications on a mobile device, rather than through a browser.

This isn't just an approach to Google, other companies may prefer to offer a service through their own application.

    I hope this helps.

  • How to open a new tab and opens automatically to my homepage

When I open a new tab, it goes straight to the snapdo.com. How can I change this so when I opened a new tab it opens directly to google without having to type in, or clicking on a bookmark button?

There is a setting for new tabs...

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste newtab and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click the preference browser.newtab.url and enter your favorite page:

    • (Default) page thumbnails = > subject: newtab
    • Blank tab = > subject: empty
    • Built-in Firefox homepage = > topic: welcome
    • Any other page = > full URL of the page

Note: when changing to Google, use a full URL ultimate as https://www.google.com/ - if you use a partial URL, there will be a few seconds while Google Firefox redirects this ultimate URL.

Press Ctrl + t to open a new tab and check that it worked. Fixed?

    Two traps:

    • If Firefox ignores the setting, one of your extensions may be substitution of her. You can consult, disable and/or remove extensions on the addons page:

Tools menu > Modules > in the left column click on Extensions
    • If the amendment works but at the next startup is back at Google, you might have a user.js file in your personal settings Firefox (your Firefox profile folder). This article describes how to track down and delete the file: How to fix preferences that will not save.

    A little luck?
