  Please open Photoshop CC or CC bridge

  For Windows , go to Edition > Camera raw preferences > uncheck "use graphics processor.

  for MAC , go to Photoshop > Camera raw preferences uncheck 'use graphics processor '.

  Try disabling "Use graphics processor" in ACR preferences. If that solves the problem, you may need to update your driver graphics card, or you have a card that is not compatible with the ACR GPU support.
