Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.   With regard to your questions:

  (1) currently, it is not possible using the Import Wizard. However, it could be done using web services.
  (2) the name must be different.

This file should I change on one of the computers so that when I connect through sql developer im always on the same database. Is there is tns.ora of files that I have to do the same thing on my other machine? Any help would be appreciated.

  I don't know I understand your condition?

  But, if so:

  You have 2 computers and the two you want to access a single Oracle database.

  If this fix then you should only on a single machine to install server XE and another machine THAT XE Client.

  After that, you have to copy the file tnsnames.ora to computer where XE server resides at according to the directory where client XE.

  Okay, well in that case there are two things you can try.

  1) click this software license > don't hit your Adobe id and then enter the Adobe ID code once more.

  or

  (2) check the host for all Enteries Adobe file. Location of the file from the East

  Win: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

  Mac: Go > go to folder > / Etc

  Unfortunately not. You can have the Mac or Windows version, but not the two with the same license. Two machine parts: two personal machines that run the version you have.

  You should check with the person who arranged the subscription to see what are the conditions for individual users.  Normally, an individual subscription license allows to have two machines with working facilities.  I don't know if the same applies to a subscription of volume / business.
