  I guess you are trying to get Creative Suite 6 Design Standard?  If so, you can trigger the download of http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=design_standard.  After have connected you in Adobe Download Wizard it should automatically start your download.  If not try again, but use a different web browser.

  Alternatively, you can launch a direct download by following the instructions at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.

  I looks like you purchased CS6 as an upgrade from a previous version. If so, enter the serial number for the version that you upgraded. If this isn't an upgrade, you can try running the CC cleaning tool, then try to reinstall again.
