  I recently bought the addition of the Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium.

  The saleswoman at the store assured me that despite not having a CD player in my Macbook Pro, there is a way to install/download the suite with the product information in the box.

  So far, all I have done is picking up my serial code. I'm compeltely at a loss how even not start without the a hard drive installation process.

  Is this possible or is the seller sent me wrong?

Well I had supported them all on my external hard drive, but when I tried to install this way, it does not open. So I removed the on my Mac and I have the products and serial numbers in my Adobe account and it allows me to drive to download them, but it starts to download and only takes forrrrrevvver... Is there something that I am missing?

  I need to reinstall Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Production Premium on my OSX 10.9.5 (Mavericks). CS6 bought as an upgrade for my CS5.5. I can't reinstall CS5.5 because it does not appear to support the new OSX (the installer won't work). CS6 appears to be able to install, but when I enter the serial number, it says that I need CS5.5 already installed.

  When you go to activate CS6, it should indicate that your serial number is valid but cannot find a product calling it on the machine (it would be CS5.5).  There is a selection list where you select the previous version (CS5.5) as well as an entry where you enter the serial number for this older version.
