  I did a Google search for WLDcore.DLL and got a lot of success, but none of the sites that I recognized.  If all else fails, you can try some of them, but I would like to back up data that I wanted to save before doing so.

  Rather than trying to reinstall the DLL, I think that you should completely remove the installed program.  The DLL belongs to Visual IP InSight, do you really need this program that runs on your computer?

  OK he sews none of my workstations running XP has a dllcache folder. So I did a search using my other desktop computer (running now), to see if there is another copy of scesrv.dll anywhere. I found a copy in the following folder:

  c:\windows\softwaredistribution\download\9866fb57abdc0ea2f5d4e132d055ba4e\scesrv.dll

  then I copied the dll on to c:\windows\system32 on the computer was not working

  Now I can boot XP on both computers now no problem :)  I just wanted you to know, in case someone else may use that information. Thanks for the help
