  A single user license allows installation enabled on both machines.  If you do not want that it works on the original machine that you can.  If you want to disable and then open one of the applications and choose Help-> Deactivate.

  To get it on the new computer, you must install the same way you did when you initially install (transfer will not work).  If you need a download for it then you should be able to find one through the following page:

  You will also need your serial number.  If you have registered the software when you installed it first, then you should be able to find your serial number registered in your Adobe account online.

Center tech who fixed my phone saved the files on my hard drive, but not all programs I had installed including all my programs Adobe CS6.   Other forums related this topic say to reactivate the software, but I can't do that because there is no way for me to open a program that no longer exists on my machine.
