  Greetings!

  It will be helpful if you could post the image and let us know if you try to remove blacks or black background of the image. You can try the following steps.

  • Select your layer.
  • Choose layer > layer Style > blending Options. (from the menu bar)

  If you use a media player video filling, you will need to use the standard video sizes. 1900 x 1188 is not a standard size. You must complete your frame with 1920 X 1080 or one or the other sizes of video format standard square pixels or the media player will add black bars.
