  No one can tell you anything without the proper system or other technical details info. That said, it just seems that you have disk access problems on your system completely unrelated to AE. You need to fix this and then maybe the disk cache actually work...

  DPI does not exist in AE.  The concept of DPI is not relevant in AE.  AE deals only with the dimensions determined by the number of horizontal and vertical pixels.  He cares nothing about how closely pixels are stuck together.

  I was able to answer my own question - you need to import the project in Photoshop.  You can create buttons here.  Here's the only really good tutorial I found and it's big - http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/dvd_authoring/ - one thing I discovered, is that there are different ways to accomplish the same thing when you create DVDs.

  I m not 100% sure on the CD/DVD drive replacement on this laptop, but I assume that the procedure is very similar to other portable players.
  For the most part the ODD is secured with the screw at the bottom of the unit.
  You will need to remove this screw to get out and to swap the drive.

  But be careful and don t there if you have no experience!
  Moreover, not all readers are compatible and supported in reason parameters master/slave/c-salt. If you n t know which drives are compatible you should ask the ASP in your country for advice!
