How to resize programmatically the decorations?

I tried to use property nodes, but discovered that the property bounds can be read...

Is it possible that I can adjust the width and height of a façade programmatically setting?

Hello

There is a size property that you can use on the decorations. The following example shows how you can make a decoration twice as big.

  • How to set programmatically the current node in a tree view of the ADF.

    Hello

    I'm trying to understand how to set programmatically the current node in a tree view of the ADF.

    My use case example is quite simple; If we take the sample application ADF Summit where under Management Summit, we have a tree view on the left with a list of high level of the country which in turn contain a subset of customers; then, in the right pane, we the customer detail information.

    What I'm trying to achieve is a solution by which I can add a new customer, commit and then to the tree show the client newly created as the currently selected entry.

    I use a pop-up dialog box to create my new entry of the customer and everything works well in this area, and my newly created folder is saved in the database.

    I know how to force the tree to cool off, but what I can't understand is how to do so, it highlights the newly created folder.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • How to resize all the objects on a stage

    Hello

    I use Flash CS4 and need to resize my Flash scene and all the objects that are there.

    To do this, I enabled the onion skin tool, selected all the objects and all the frames and resized using the Transform tool.

    However, masks and some paths are not set to scale proportionately. Is it yet another bug in CS4?

    Here is a video illustrating the issue: http://screencast.com/t/ZThiNDdkZ

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Maybe you can try this way...

    Select the layer in the timeline. cut it. Create a new movieclip by pressing Ctrl + F8. Paste the layers.

    out to the main timeline.

    Drag the movieclip that is created in the timeline where ever it is necessary and he adapts accordingly.

  • How to set programmatically the ' input length Max ' of a cell of the tree

    I want to specify a maximum length of N_MAX for names of cell of a tree, so that when the user press the F2 key to rename, it has failed to enter more characters N_MAX.

    For existing items in the file of the uir, I am able to get this behavior by setting the tree Edit > edit columns/cells > change cell > entry length Max to 5 (see attached img03.png).

    When the user tries to rename this article, he has failed to enter more than 5 characters (see attached img02.png).

    But how to set this attribute for items added programmatically (for example, through InsertTreeItem ()).

    I was not able to find the right attribute, because the attribute of cells ATTR_LABEL_TEXT_LENGTH (which seems more or less what I'm looking for) is "not definable.

    You have found an omission in documentation. You can use ATTR_MAX_ENTRY_LENGTH and ATTR_MAX_ENTRY_CHARS with SetTreeCellAttribute and SetTreeItemAttribute to set the max entry for a cell of the tree.

  • [ADF, JDev12.1.3] How to get programmatically the value of a field of VO of detail while accessing the master istance VO?

    Hallo,

    I have a master VO based on entities and a retail entity based VO to which JDev automatically created a link display (1 to 1 relationship).

    In the request Module I programmatically access MasterVO and I would like to get the value of a field of DetailVO...

    ViewObject vo = getMaster1();
    RowSetIterator iterator = vo.createRowSetIterator(null);
    iterator.reset();
    if (iterator.hasNext()) {
      MasterVORowImpl row = (MasterVORowImpl) iterator.next();
      System.out.println(row.getField1);
      System.out.println(row.getField2);
      // ...
      System.out.println( <DetailVO.Field1> ); // How to...?
      // ...
      }
    iterator.closeRowSetIterator();

    How can I achieve this?

    Thank you

    Federico

    In MasterVORowImpl should be getter for the detail rows (if you selected "Include the accessors" option when you generated class MasterVORowImpl).

  • How to get programmatically the list dependencies of VI?

    I need to get a list of all the subVIs (and all their subVIs, etc.) for a VI programmatically.  Surely someone has already done, right?  I tried to create a recursive VI that uses the property called node.  But that only gives me the Subvi, not the full path name to it.  I also get duplicate for each clone of VI entries.

    I can not be understanding you correctly, or I may be missing something. But you open VI references every VI in the called chain, right? If you can get the path to the VI for a property node.

    If you can put what your code looks like now so I can try to see if I'm missing something.

  • How to read programmatically the SequenceFile currently open (before most)?

    I opened a few sequences in TS, they may be sequences or the subsequences, but that is currently open in TS. I want to know a single sequence which is more front to teststand since ActiveX file libraries. I know that I can list on all the open sequence files but I don't know how they are sorted, and how to get one that's open before.

    The reason is that I want to execute in the custom menu TS my own sequence that will make measurements on the sequence currently open in TS.

    I have attached my VI example to get the references of the sequence of sequences all open in TS.

    It should work in your managed bean. because numeroPedido is already an attributebinding

  • Get the reference of the decoration

    I design a training request a topic for a task.  I want to place a 'target' on a white screen, have the object move a joystick and follow the target.  For the target, I would use a decoration and property nodes allows you to change its size, position, color, etc.  There may be more than a decoration, so I would like to create explicit references (that I can mention) for each of them.

    I found (like others) the 'Label' property, but no way to reference it.  I also found a tool to Right-click-frame by ton Plomp, but cannot make it work (I am running LabVIEW 2012 on a Windows 7 computer and I saw many references to RCF does not work anymore - I have not tried to use it until now) (I can not see the movie which tells "how" to use your tool - just a right-click displays the menu popup 'habitual' decoration).

    There is a debate on the replacement of the tool of refractory with a Quick Drop tool ceramic fiber - has anyone done this?  Does anyone have a solution?

    I don't know how to get "all the decorations", and if there is that one on a glass, I could just use it (no problem identify them).  But I would avoid really messy (difficult to document, difficult to explain, difficult to debug) situations with multiple decorations, where the desire for a method of referencing explicit.

    In fact, image controls are also dynamic move controls.  Here's a quick demo.  As well, it could change the color and the size of the circle.  There are functions of the API for performing a variety of polygons.

  • How to resize a constant programmatically

    Hello to all Labviewers,

    I am currently developing a VI that should get 4 point coordinates (x, y, width, height) and a path of the VI. With this information this VI is expected to create a flat frame in the block diagram of the VI given as parameter.

    I managed to create it, but I have no explanation why the limits remain fix...

    In Labview for the 'new VI object Funtion' help, you can read the following:

    "limits specifies the width and height of the new object if the new object is resizable. LabVIEW ignore the limits for fixed size objects.

    But a flat frame should not be an object of fixed size, or?

    What is surprising is that I managed to create a flat frame the size you want in the front...

    You can see a screenshot of the code... I hope someone can find an answer to this problem

    Thank you very much in advance,

    Arnaud

    A flat frame is not permanently fixed size.

    I had to do some things to make your job VI.

    1. create a VI of any file name and save it.

    2. make sure that VI is actually open before you run your VI.

    3. I had the error line so that the node master Rectangle has been guaranteed to run before you close the VI reference.  Otherwise, there is an error.

    4. now the captain rectangle node is not to do anything.  I have connected an indicator to it.

    Once the flat frame has been created, I could easily change the size of the decoration by dragging the borders.

    I did not use the master node Rectangle to programmatically set the size and location.  But turn on the context-sensitive help for that node has shown it is a read-only property.

    If you want to change the size or position of this decoration, use the size and/or Position property nodes that are normal properties (not script).

    How can I move the vi FrontPanel view programmatically?

    I guess that there are several parameters of similar sounding to change external 'size' and 'position' of the window of the façade.  But I can't seem to find one for its internal position - that is, the position within the façade that you change when you use the scroll bars on the side of her.  Where is it?
