  In the print dialog box, you would get options to resize your document.

  Try them and see if that helps.

  Once you choose the print option, it would give options to change the size of the page you need.

  The value of W (as is the value of H) is in pixels if the selected unit, and in this context, a pixel is identical to a point or 1/72nd of an inch, corresponding to 72 DPI.

  So when you place the image, the w and H values reflect pixels real x the size in pixels of the image, regardless of the resolution created / used to in Photoshop.

  And that is why it must be reduced by multiplying with 0.24 and do appear in the size corresponding to 300 PPI.

  No need for percentages.

  But you can also select the image and use the object > transform > scale and apply uniform 24%, which is equivalent to multiplying by 0.24 as described.

  Hi, I'm trying to resize a larger image from wide 16 cm saved at 72 dpi for a smaller image of wide from 5 cm to quality for the prompt for an art show I'm having. If I adjust the size of 5 cm wide, it changes the dpi to 230 which would be better for printing (the 72 dpi is much too grainy). I then tried to drag the corners to make the right size and it became even longer than a 5cm wide 72 dpi image. I hope that makes sense for a person. So basically I need a large document size of 5cm that I can put in my small circular which is the best quality that I can do! Thanks in advance!

  You are able to view your office showing the two files... ?

  If you convert 16 cm/72 DPI image in the image of 5 cm/240ppi and then save. Then check the ppi with the flyer. If the flyer is still important with a low resolution will give you the cross between them so the magnified image of the ppi is displayed in big on the flyer paper.

  You forgot to specify the version of forms.

  If you talk about 6.x, you can set the following built-in...
