  The people who answer questions here are, for the most part, volunteers who have no connection with Microsoft.  Ask your question every two minutes won't get you a faster response.

  Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

  AntiMailware MalwareBytes
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

  Cleaning of printers

  NOTE: If after completing step has the spooler print don't rest not always running after you launched the command "net start spooler", follow these steps

  Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
  Type the following line in the black command prompt window
  dependent on the spooler of sc config = RPCSS
  net start spooler

  If the spooler still will not start, you will not be able to follow all the steps in "First Article".  Instead, go to the other link and download and get and use the utility 'cleanspl' such as described here.

  Using the CLI to recharge the battery, you must use the # reload command. You can add the number of the switch in the command reload members of chimneys. charge # 1, # reload 2.

  By default, there is no canned scripts/utilities to restart some services found on an ESX or ESXi host, but using the vSphere API, you can as in PowerCLI.

  VMotion and HA are not related or dependent on each other.

  (1) again, this works because the virtual machines themselves live on storage shared and not bound to a specific host ESX (i). ESX implements non-persistent locks on a specific virtual machine, when the host goes down, these locks will eventually timeout. HA will launch the failover, allowing it to reregister the VMs failed and restart. Manually, you can walk through this process by the presence of a virtual machine that lives on the shared storage that runs on HostA, then it turned off and cancel the registration of the virtual machine. You would be so I re-register on HostB and turn on, and voila, you've just simulated a ghettoHA.

  (2) vMotion as you know already, performs a live migration of a virtual computer between two hosts, where as HA you will get some downtime of the virtual machine while it is rescued. The key is HA doesn't provide true high availability, it's just faster to recover.   You can configure your system to boot in any mode desired by using the msconfig utility.

  Click Start, run and enter in the box:

  Msconfig

  Click OK to launch the utility.

  On the BOOT. INI tab you can add/remove options to the boot.ini file so next time XP starts, it will start in the selected mode.  XP looks at the boot.ini file to decide how it is supposed to start.  You can use the built in Help and/or a few searches on Google to learn more about msconfig.  You will need to adjust things again if you want to start in a different mode, but there would be no F8 key.

  A word of warning.  Some malicious software now recognizes when you added the/SafeBoot option in the boot.ini file on your system.  The malware knows some of the things you could do to try to find and delete this... and he won't be deleted.  He wants you to think that you need to reinstall your XP instead.

  If your system has this condition and you add the option/SafeBoot, your system unbootable ever again successfully XP from hard disk in a different mode until you remove the option/SafeBoot your boot.ini file by starting on something else (like a CD) to manually remove the switch/SafeBoot.

  The switch / SafeBoot used to be pretty, a good idea, but it isn't a good idea these days.

  Do, or do not. There is no test.

  To get started with a Windows disc set 1 boot on CD/DVD order.

  / Settings (BIOS/CMOS) often F2 as you start then look at screen - 1 place the CD/DVD
  in the boot order (remember later). F12 on most Toshiba computers also allows you
  to set the order of boot for a start.

  Restore points are only usually return 2 weeks or less and backup or repair methods are needed
  After this period. Restore points only reset the system functions and backup any programs or
  data.
