How to send a picture?

I'm testing the test oh elements of Prime Minister. I am able to put a video clip in the timeline, but not a .jpg picture. The error message says only: "the importer reported a generic error."

Any ideas?

Convert to RGB and 16 bit, did the trick.

I'm familiar with the PS, but not Prime Minister (this is why I wanted the elements version). I try, but I must confess that I hesitate to buy it if I can't even support online. When I looked at what I could find was .jpg is a format supported, but nothing on the color profile. It's a little frustrating, but thank you for your response here.

  • How to send a picture with ClientTCPWrite

    Hello

    I would like to send a large picture (in fact a photo) to another computer via a TCP server.

    I already use the library to Support TCP to send data to a software that is running on another computer and it works well.

    So I did the same thing with an array of integers, and it does not work. I used the sample of Labwindows to send this table, and that the first part of the table is received aid.

    I don't understand.

    int SendImage(BYTE *lDataToWrite)
    {
    DWORD dwWaitResult;
    int bytesToWrite;
    int bytesWritten;
    int messageSize;

    If (giTCPConnected1 is TRUE)
    {
    bytesToWrite = messageSize = sizeof (BYTE) * WIDTH * HEIGHT;
    While (bytesToWrite > 0)
    {
    bytesWritten = ClientTCPWrite (giTcpConnection1 & lDataToWrite [messageSize - bytesToWrite], bytesToWrite, 0);
    bytesToWrite = bytesWritten;
    }
    }

    Return (ERROR_NO_ERROR);
    }

    	Tab WORD [WIDTH * HEIGHT];

    ...
    ...

    int CVICALLBACK ReceiveTcpMsg(unsigned hdl, int event, int error, void *callbackData) {}
    int iDataSize;
    int i, j;

    DWORD dwWaitResult;
    int bytesToRead;
    int bytesRead;

    switch (event)
    {
    case TCP_CONNECT:
    giTcpConnection = hdl;
    giLineConnected = TRUE;
    break;

    case TCP_DATAREADY:
    Reading data tcp/ip

    bytesToRead = messageSize = sizeof (WORD) * WIDTH * HEIGHT;
    While (bytesToRead > 0)
    {
    bytesRead = ClientTCPRead (giTcpConnection, & Tab2 [messageSize - bytesToRead], bytesToRead, 0);
    bytesToRead = bytesRead;
    }

    break;

    case TCP_DISCONNECT:
    giLineConnected = FALSE;
    break;
    }
    Return (0);
    }

    Is that someone has already used these functions to a large size?

    Or you know other ways to send a picture to another software?

    Thank you for your help.

    Benjamin

    When I had to do something similar to your task, I found more comfortable to split the expedition into smaller pieces (more or less 3-4 k bytes of each for example).

    It also gave me the ability to monitor the process of ethe and finally to interrupt.

    The current workaround is to use the old and no Windows 8 path via Office send the image via bluetooth... But this only defeated the purpose of showing what the new concept in tiles/Start of Windows 8...

    No idea how?

    Thank you!

    It is ACTUALLY how this in Windows 8... no idea what the other poster was thinking, but in most cases, there are a few thing missing in step by step preceding... as moving to the left does not bring to the top of the search appsicon.

    In any case.

    1. Add your BT device through Control Panel-> devices menu and make sure it is coupled.  THIS MUST BE MADE BEFOREHAND.

    2. in the window of your desktop, click on the Bluetooth icon in the notification area (you may need to press the icon of development according to the system icons How are present).

    3. Select "send a file".

    4. Select the device you want to send to, and then click Next. (this is why it needs to be paired FIRST, mentioned in step 1).

    5. you now need to select the window or files.  Locate the file you want to send; Click Open, and then click Next.

    6. If your device is not set to always allow, you will need to accept/approve receive the file on your device.

    7. click on finish once the shipment is completed.

    If you do not have e-mail from your wireless provider, or they do not allow attachments sent from a computer, just to get a SD memory card reader. Stick the card in the reader. Plug it into a USB port and drag the pix on him. Works just like a flash drive.

    How to send pictures on my mobile phone?

    Title of the message was edited by: Brett N

    You cannot directly send photos to a mobile phone with any version of photoshop, but what you can do is to go to file > save for Web and then save as a .jpg file. Then, you can send the pictures to yourself through Facebook, Email, or any other site. I know this is a very basic answer, but according to your question, it doesn't seem like you know anything about Photoshop.

    Hey Martina 1982,
    To attach files to your email, simply click on the play icon attached once you have the message at the top (the icon is generally that of a paper clip).
    This will open a window that allows you to browse (look around) for the file that you want to send.
    Find this location of file on your computer and click it to add it to the window and select OK.
    Depending on the size of the file, it loads a few seconds and then you will see the file attached to your email.
    Finish the email as usual and send.
    Here's a quick link:

    You can also do a search on 'How to attach files to send' for more information.
    Now regarding the display options or absence of Cam you, I would say communicating with the dell printer.
    It should be on their website troubleshooting steps:

    Thank you for your response Bruce. I tried the version of outlook express as you said and I could send a few files taking only a few minutes. Not sure how to tell the size of messages, is not sure where to look but I only sent the pictures with a couple of lines if message

    I use Windows Live Mail is my Hotmail account, usually I send photos and the recipient may be considered slideshow, which is great. Since then, I have an error message saying: I exceeded the limit of storage on the server. To make the space available to move the messages from the server to your folders on this computer. Not sure how to do this, but I am happy using the O.E.Thanks you.

    You are welcome.

    You can click right images where they reside, and then click Properties to see their size.

    I know little about Hotmail, but the error message means that you connect to Hotmail through the Web site and remove messages there.

  • How to send attachments / photos from my laptop with my emails

    How to send attachments to send pictures of my web cam

    It would be easier to answer your question if we knew that the email that you use.  Each of the different works.  Procedures for gmail mentioned above do not work for many other e-mail programs that use icons instead of "attach a file" to the function (or "attach a file" is buried under another layer of menu items).

    If it's Outlook, click on the paperclip and which will bring up a dialog box to find and attach the file you want (you must be in the email compose window when you do this and the file that you want to join must be registered on the system - but not necessarily as an attachment - just saved).  When you select the file and click OK this file will be attached to the e-mail that you dial.  It basically works the same way with Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail.

    I hope this helps and if you want clarification, please identify the e-mail (name and version) client.

    Good luck!
