  2. This problem is specific to a particular attachment? If so, what is the file size of the attachment?
  3. Are you able to successfully send an e-mail without attachments?

  Try to access your e-mail account via web browser and try to send mail with attached photos and check the status.

  If you are able to send mail via webmail, no doubt the issue could be with the mail application.

  Set your camera to show as a storage of your operating system. Simply transfer the photos from your cell phone to the memory card then. The memory card will act as a storage device.
