How to set up a search or a find to indicate a 'collar' in a filename or email subject?

Operating system is Windows 7 Edition Home Premium; 64-bit operating system.

Intel Core i7 processor

6 GB installed memory.

If you are looking for 'part' of a subject of email or file name, the string will not be found or be high-lighted unless the string is the full word or beginning of a Word.

for example, the string 'figure' will not be found in the word or the string 'configure', but lies in the chain or the word 'figures.

The short answer is that, as Windows only searches for the term from the beginning of the words, it does not search the search term if the term appears later in a Word.  So what you have discovered & reported is the normal behavior of Windows Search.

For example, if you enter the number in the box search then it will find the numbers but not Configure.

However, if you enter * figure in the search box, and then it will find the numbers & configure.

    I would get the search in Documents set up in Explorer.  Preferably right click on a folder and select find and have it search in all documents in this folder for a keyword.

    If not for the moment, I tried using the search within the Explorer box with my chosen open file and put the keyword in.  There is no option under the search box to select "to the bosom of documents".  I changed my settings to Index > advanced > Types of files tab to 'Properties Index and the file content' and included the folder containing the documents in the list in the index, but research in Solution Explorer is still not find the keyword in the text of the documents in the selected folder.

    With the help of Explorer windows.  on the left side, select the folder you want to search.
    Then enter in the upper right corner (search box) you want to search for, lets say 'test '.

    The first Windows will search for all files that have a 'test' as part of the file name, but if you

    Libraries / computer / Custom / Internet / content of the file

    Click on the content of the file and it will search the files for the keyword 'test '.

    You can't do AT & T or Comcast Webmail by default. There are solutions for Gmail and Yahoo, but no one else I know. Customer e-mail like Outlook Express, Outlook, Windows Live Mail can be done by default and it is looking for the error message.

    When searching in Firefox, I used to be able to click on 'Search tools' and find only options for 'any country' or 'UK '. This is more so I'll have to trawl through a lot of unnecessary stuff when I want something local. Can I get that back

    I think that Google has stopped redirect EN - GB users automatically from .com to. co.uk for a reason any. When you're on .com, you really don't get country-specific options.

    What I suggest is to install a plugin of U.K. research directed to the next page and make that your default value:
